Stay was great. Service was great and the rooms were clean. The only two issues that I had were that, there was a lot of noise because kids were running in and out of their room. The second issue was that there were a group of men who were bbq like it was a tailgate. They brought their own grill and everything. It looked unsettling especially since the hotel next door was torn down and the wreckage was still there.

Room was great. Soacious for me to move around as im in a mobility scooter. Many places to choose for food.

Very disturbed that there was no deadbolt on the door… either on the door handle or as a separate unit. Clearly it had broken off and no one fixed it. And please. Re-grout the bathroom. Such an easy fix to maintain quality. Otherwise it just screams “we don’t care enough.”

Sad Tuesday Morning
All good til this am prior to leaving . We got downstairs for breakfast.
No Juice....No Muffins...Eggs and Bacon we got the last.
Told the Main Desk....they came over. Supposedly fixed juice ( nope orange tinted water) No Eggs or Bacon put out .
Very disappointed but at least it was our last day not our first.

We threw our daughter and a couple of her friends a pool party, and we also set up a taco/nacho bar in the lounge area. All staff was extremely nice, and helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Jackson at the fairfield. Sasha was amazing at the desk and helping with any questions we had. The rooms were clean and everything was stocked well in the room. Parking was easy and well lit. Now here are the drawbacks....the coffee was like lukewarm water and was hardly ever stocked with cups or creamer. The "hot breakfast" was a joke. The sausage was hard and the eggs were not great. That was it. Only scrambled eggs and dry, hard sausage. On the last day i found out there was supposed to be a waffle maker but it was never out or available for use. Please dont advertise something and fail that miserably.

From start to finish this hotel was awful. The outside looks like it is about to be condemned with the exception of the freshly paved parking lot. Everyone working looks miserable. We checked in and get to our room and it is just yuck. The door doesn’t actually latch unless you pull the handle really hard or push on the door. The entire room just smells like mildew and cat urine. The shower had not been cleaned and the toiletries were empty. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold. We will never stay here again. Absolutely disgusting
