They charged him 25.00 for possible things like water which he said he wouldn’t be doing. They said if not used they credit him. I find this unexceptionable. He was very upset about something that wasn’t known on reserving the room.

Watertown Weekend
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly (front staff, breakfast area staff, cleaning people), the hotel was very clean and the rooms were great! We felt safe and very comfortable during our 3 night stay.
