Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait for that to be sorted out Broken elevator, A/C was going out, outlets didn’t work, lights were out.

We were greeting very nice and were checked in quickly. Will the elevators were working but other then that it is a nice place to stay while on the road.

We found this on ******* and walked in to ask for a room because we were just stopping on a road trip for the night. They said they were out of rooms. We got on ******* in the parking lot, booked a room, walked back in and got the key. The hot breakfast was not very good, and the pancake machine was broken. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub, but it was out of order and wasn’t even filled with water.

Okay stay.
Overall it fit our needs but I don’t think we’ll return in the future.
The pull out sofa was broken. The cushions were stained and one cushion was torn. When we went to pull out the sofa bed, the spring fell off and we could not hook it back together because the entire piece that supports the mattress was already worn and it looked like it had been repaired multiple times.
The entire hotel could use an update.
I went to use the workout room which was crowded with equipment that did not work. There was no circulation in the room but I was able to use the recumbent bike.
The staff were super friendly and kind. That was the best part.

Lots of construction workers. Our room wasn’t cleaned. The desk clerk came and changed linens and cleaned.

Everything was horrible. Beds, horrible. Bathroom, moldy, tiles broken, horrible.
