This property is not up to what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff worked really hard to help us with a couple of issues. The property looks fine from outside but inside needs attention. Damaged walls in the hallway and icky paint color. The pool was closed for maintenance, the exercise room had only one machine working properly and not much else to use. Breakfast was similar to what we had in Lubbock on our outbound trip but lacked some options, like oatmeal and pastries were ok but not as good. We could hear the people in the next room.

Very run down
We choose Holiday inn express all the time so we know what we will get. This was the worst we have seen very run down. The office chair was covered in some white substance (hopefully glue) the stay was ok seemed clean and no hair on the sheets.

It was very clean and comfortable only thing was the pool wasn't working nor the hot water in the shower, but they offered me another room.

Had to wait on front clerk who had put out a sign saying he was out and would be back in 10 min. I was given a room on the 2nd floor & then told the elevator was out & there were no more rooms on 1st floor even though I had booked the room the week before. The light in back parking lot was broken so no light for security. Will not stay again at any Holiday Inn Express.

Arrived in the evening with my 80 year old partner. Front desk told us that our rooms were on the third floor and the elevator was not working. He told us he would refund our money and we had to go elsewhere to find a room.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait for that to be sorted out Broken elevator, A/C was going out, outlets didn’t work, lights were out.
