In general not a bad stay, but the staff was particularly resistant to helping me with an early check out without penalty. At check in on Friday there was an error with the checkout date which was incorrect. We were to checkout on Sunday, but were told it was Monday. Needless to say all I was looking for was not to be charged for an extra night that was never in play, The final decision which I deemed unfair, & poor customer service was to charge me a $40 early checkout fee. I think we can agree that they still had the room available for someone else where they made money, on top of the fee they collected from me. I do not intend for this location to be a future consideration for a stay.

The door was open when I got to the room, the light flickered the whole time, the coffee pot didn't work and the refrigerator didn't keep my things cold.

The rooms were good, but not without issues. Power outlets and USB ports that did not work. The breakfast was good, along with the coffee available 24/7.

We had a good experience at HIE Woodstock-Shenandoah. It was conveniently located for a midway meetup. The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful.
While the hotel appears to be a bit older version of HIE it was clean and in order, we had no issues.
一楼是半地下的房间，潮湿还有点发霉的味道，换成三楼的，还可以，就是酒店年份久，设计有点问题，从大堂走好远，才到房间，门卡开不了后门，跑来跑去的。以后不会选择这个酒店了。
工作人员很棒，但经常无人提供帮助。走廊和入口处到处都是蜘蛛、蜘蛛网和其他虫子。房间漂亮舒适，但卧室门上粘着一些不明干涸的物质，按摩浴缸里有一具蜘蛛尸体和一层薄薄的灰尘。我还决定使用洗衣房，但洗衣房里有一股难以忍受的气味。房间和建筑的大部分天花板似乎都快要崩塌了。我会再次入住这里，因为床很干净舒适，工作人员也很棒，但我对清洁非常谨慎。
太失望了。退房几个小时后，我才意识到我把手机充电器放在床边了，我需要用它开车回家，车程要几个小时。我打电话告诉他们房间号，问他们有没有充电器可以取，他们却敷衍地说没有找到充电器，也没有交还。这太不公平了，我是客人，应该得到更好的待遇。我再也不会去了，如果要去的话，一定要保管好你的物品，因为如果落下了就找不回来了。

这家酒店很漂亮。地毯看起来很新很干净。大堂很漂亮。免费早餐也不错。强烈推荐。
一切都很脏，接待处的人什么也没做。
