We had a comfy room and cld have slept good except some other guests were up real noisy until 5 am ! I never think to call front desk to complain. The swimming pool was great ! Just wish we had more time to enjoy it..will next time. Our room was nice except it was not swept and mopped well. There was dirt on the floor around the walls and even a cheezie (not ours) by the main area.

We only stayed 1 night. Two of our rooms had to wait til 5/5:30 before they could check in when check in time was 3:00. That doesn’t give enough time to go swimming, eat and enjoy the room for the one night and those two rooms were not cleaned the best. Floors were still dirty, mirrors streaky so you know they were rushed. I get they only have a certain amount of time to clean each room and that is not their fault but if you don’t have enough house keeping staff to keep up with the rooms and guests being able to check in on time then done run at full capacity. The price normally doesn’t bother me cause we go there specifically for the pool and slides but this time around I don’t think it was worth the $200+. I will say that the maintenance worker was fast and efficient, a tv wasn’t working in one of the rooms that had to wait for check in and he got there quick and got it going!
