Comfortable one night stay in the centre of Summertown. The only comment is the tap in the vanity sink needs repair or replacement. The shower cubicle is quite small but just right for my petite stature.

We chose this guest house for the parking. It was limited and tight but worked. The room was just OK. The shower is a bit odd, we had to look up instructions online to operate it. Also, upon arrival we were given information about the breakfast the next morning, there were multiple items in the room regarding breakfast and the time breakfast started. The next morning, no breakfast. Clearly, other guests were also confused about that.

我订了9平米的单人间，到店以后让我给60英镑住。 不加钱就只能住阁楼的4平米的没有卫生间的床上面紧挨着屋顶窗户的房间。 后来店家主动说你要对房间不满意你取消订单吧，我给你退款。 我又临时找的其他酒店走了。 朗斯代尔那个员工还问我是不是订的丽娜，我当时问她你们不是一家吗？她还不承认。 我还没走的时候员工还在我隔壁放手机外放，隔音特别差。 隔天平台跟我说店家不同意退款，我去找店家，店家说她没收到我的钱。 报警了，店家当着警察说会给我退钱，退钱有一个过程，不能马上退，没拒绝过退款。 警察走了以后，店家马上变脸跟我说，因为我报警了，所以一分钱不给退。 所以这是一个黑店哦~ 我在店里要退款的时候，老板说你今天没订房，无权待在我家，直接把我的装护照的包还有手机给拿走了，还说我这些是垃圾，警察来了以后还给我了。 不过感觉老板也不是故意的，毕竟疫情好几年大家都不好过，老板可能也活不下去了欠了一堆贷款呢，我看旁边好多旅馆都倒闭了，而且有几个房子还在往外卖。 所以老板这样做也是实在没钱，能骗一个是一个吧。哎。 虽然她收了我的钱不给我，欺骗我出尔反尔，但我可以理解她，以后不会订她家了，也不会再跟她们浪费时间了。 尽管她可能并不是对所有客人都这样，但她对我这样就说明了她是一个具有欺诈性质的商人，这样做生意做不长久的。 但是现在牛津很多旅店都是这样的，所以大家订房的时候自己小心吧
