My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was old, poorly maintained, and completely different from the photos online. The desk was badly chipped, the chair’s leather was cracked and dirty, the air conditioner was yellowed and covered in dust, and the door lock was worn and loose. The bathroom tiles were broken and chipped, making the place feel unsafe and unhygienic.
When I reported these issues to the staff and requested to check out early, they were unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. This experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of this brand.
With such poor maintenance and service, I do not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make proper renovations soon.
从6楼换到4楼，外机噪音小了点，冰箱也好使了…其它都是一样的。服务好，卫生太一般，被罩和床单比都快成黑了…设施破旧，翻个身床响…
食物很好吃，服务也很热情。不过，房间地板需要翻新一下，最好换成防滑瓷砖。
工作人员服务很周到。可惜房间很脏，浴室和房间里的洗手池都发霉了。床单和毛巾都有污渍，跟前台反映了也没给换。我们房间门口走廊上的脏餐具放了三天都没人收。
老实说，我不太推荐这家酒店。这个价位的酒店，卫生条件完全可以做得更好。

交通便利，去哪都方便。公共交通也很容易到达。
这次入住的体验非常失望。房间设备老旧且维护不佳，与网路上的照片完全不符。桌子边缘严重剥落、椅子皮革破损脏污，空调外观发黄、堆满灰尘，房门与锁具也明显老旧松动。厕所的磁砖破裂、边角脱落，看起来长时间未维修，让人感觉不卫生也不安全。
我向饭店反映以上问题并表示希望退房，但工作人员并未积极协助，反而让退房过程变得非常困难与不愉快。整体感受非常糟糕，完全不符合该品牌应有的水准。
以这样的环境和服务态度，不建议任何旅客入住。希望饭店能正视问题，尽快整修与改善。

这家酒店地理位置优越，靠近Kimia Farma和Indo Alfa，早餐美味，空调制冷效果也很好。以前酒店里有冰箱，感觉还不错……可惜现在冰箱没了。
有些窗帘杆松动了，希望他们能尽快修好。
卫生状况很差。设施非常陈旧，床单又旧又灰。毛巾也都是一样的。性价比也很低。附近的半岛酒店看起来更好。我不会再选择这家酒店了。
