我在Trip.com上已经付过款了，他们却重复收费，这简直就是诈骗。

不错的酒店
我和妹妹预订了一间房，准备住两天，为了我的婚礼。我们到达后只待了30分钟就提前退房，另找了一家酒店。我们发现微波炉里还有之前住客留下的食物残渣。妹妹躺下后，发现床单上有三处血迹，这说明房间根本没有打扫干净。我把情况告诉了前台，虽然没记住他的名字，但他非常礼貌，也对这种情况表示歉意，并说我可以第二天早上跟经理谈谈退款的事。但我知道就算经理退款我也拿不到，因为我是网上预订的，而且退房时间很早。总之，这次入住体验非常糟糕，我以后不会再来了。

水很黏，屋顶上有霉斑，浴室里还有蚂蚁。说到水，它几乎会在你的皮肤上形成一层黏糊糊的物质，而且一整天都黏在皮肤上！
没有停车位，然后一对情侣在我们房间前面打架抽烟，味道太难闻了，都从空调通风口飘进来了。
