I had really kind hospitality. Staffs are very friendly and polite. I visited this hotel mistaking "Natraj Yes Please" for "Cottage Yes Please", however, the manager name is Dolly dedicated to look up the status of my reservation and managed it without extra fee. A nice guy name is Harish also kindly spent his time to explain local custom and history. I've never forgot awesome experience with them. Hotel location is good for sightseeing by using train to access major place. Price is reasonable.

Big triple room, not bad for the price but ours was nothing like as new or nice as the photos show. Small public foyer but each time we crossed it we were grilled about where we were going etc then given a sales talk to book with them. The staff were pleasant but after being grilled by many on the streets it didn't stop in the hotel. Breakfast was included and was very nice in a local cafe nearby - the only time we saw other Westerners in the city. The location is fine and certainly an experience but the pollution is currently (Nov 2025) terrible. Sleeping with a mask on is not pleasant. This is not the hotels fault though as it is city wide across the centre.

Its a decent budget hotel. I stayed for a day and found the staff very helpful and courteous. The rooms are ok. The Bathroom maintenance needs a little improvement. The breakfast could be served at 7.30 am than the usual 8 am and it could be better organized with options clearly displayed and served nicely in the restaurant. The location is excellent, as it is close to the metro and CP.

the hotel is very clean with comfortable rooms, always hot water, everything was perfect. the very kind staff is always available. the location in paharganji is convenient and the hotel very quiet. .. super recommended. I was there on February 2024 .

Stayed for 2 nights with family . Room was good and spacious. Services was awesome. Quick amd smooth. Hotel was very cleen . Realy appriciated. Our frinds suggested it was good . After check out we had keepnour bags for 3 days it was awesome . Really thanks
