我来这里是因为酒店离我女朋友家很近,我们是从外地过来探亲的。刚开始,我被告知可以提前入住,所以我稍微早到了一点,想看看能不能办理入住。结果,那位上了年纪、态度很差的亚洲女士说她“***还没吃午饭”,然后就让我等着。后来,团队主管终于出来帮忙解决了问题。之后我的住宿体验还算可以。酒店里有股怪味,但也在意料之中。
我可不想“缩短”我的住宿(这个比喻有点意思)。
这是一次不错的住宿体验。
服务和地理位置都非常差。
房间破败不堪,空空如也。我到的时候连浴帘都没有。客人需要什么服务都得去前台问。隔壁邻居开派对,吵得特别厉害。床垫太旧了,严重向一侧倾斜。“早餐”简直是笑话。我醒得很早,出门后在街对面的星巴克随便吃了点东西。
这家酒店决定重新出租已预订的房间,因为附近有一场Metallica乐队的演唱会,吸引了更多付费客户。和其他晚上10:30后入住的客人一样,我们通常都是长途飞行或开车(我们开了10个小时的车),到达酒店后才发现需要换个住处(毕竟城镇里已经订满了)。
我的房间里有死蟑螂和死蜘蛛,电梯里有一个臭味十足的垃圾袋,在里面放了一个小时,有人在 230 左右打开了我的门,如果我没有门闩,他们就能进来,那个人没有说是客房服务或任何其他事情
糟糕的体验
我再也不会住这里了。没有椅子当桌子。我们到达时,炉灶的加热板已经拆开了。沙发坏了,根本没法用。天花板上还有污渍。我给前台打了四五次电话才有人接通,要求换枕头。
