Staff is no where to be found most times. One staff member is very load, sings out load, plays music load, talks on his phone loud, profanity and is always outside. Overnight weekend you never see them. Rang bell and used phone for service and no response. Talked with couple trying to check in on Friday night, they said they had waited a long time and still no one. Saw them next morning and said he finally came down the elevator and acted like they could check in or leave. Lights are off all night on Friday and Saturday after 11:00. The three weekends that I have been here, no staff until 8 or 8:30 Saturday and Sunday, once I didn’t see anyone until 9:30. Breakfast items are behind unmanned desk on weekends, so forget about grabbing something to go with coffee (when they do have coffee-cups-cream-sugar available at the same time) I am not asking for donuts or hot breakfast just something that should be available. Came to my room last week around lunch to change clothes for a meeting. Staff was having their Christmas party. It was very load, must have large staff from the number of people attending and the noise. Very unprofessional to have this going on in the lobby. Suggest next time to use a room or have it elsewhere. GM is unprofessional, very load speaking to staff, and always loud on her phone (not business related calls) and never speaks to a guest walking through the lobby. I have made eye contact with her several times and not a word. Gentleman that is Maintenance/Porter is friendly, always working, keeps the place clean and at times is behind front desk at 7am filling in for morning shift until they arrive. Very sweet older lady works overnight is super sweet and always working and has coffee out by 6am when I leave around then for work.

Made reservations ten minutes prior to arrival and was told that I did not have a reservation and I could not get a refund.

Always a good stay the room had a smell to it and they wouldn’t move rooms as if it would hurt them is my only issue but always a good stay

Unsafe outdated and dirty. Toothpaste on the mirror, sheets smelled unclean. I left before night 2 and yall couldn’t even get that night I didn’t stay refunded either.

Smells like Chinese food, Cockroaches all over the room. Onion smell. Floor was dirty. Room was outdated. Do not stay here. Even worse if you have family members, definitely you get what you paid for. They didn't reimburse our money after we left the hotel.

Arrived after paying online through ******* but they did not have a room available. Had to go somewhere else and then had to spend over an hour on the phone with ******* for a refund.

办理入住和退房时前台都没有工作人员。入住时按了门铃，几分钟后才有人出现。退房时按了门铃等了5分钟也没人来。房间和毛巾都很脏。看起来房间很久没人住了。电视和闹钟的插头都拔掉了。
*******，我以后不会再用你们的服务了。*******之所以能拿到这么低的价格，是因为他们安排的是酒店供应商闲置的、质量最差的房间。我还是会直接预订酒店，对我来说，性价比才是最重要的。
