Staff was nice, but the facilities were a bit rundown. Lots of freeway noise, and I could hear guests in other rooms.

Staff was great and friendly, but the quality of the room is one of the worst I've had. Terrible mattress that you felt every single spring. Pillows were sad and thin. For the price charged for this room, I just didn't expect such poor quality and run down basic amenities.

There was a weird smell as soon as you walked in the door of hotel. Same as the room. Carpet in room looked old and dirty. Lamp shades were all loose and crooked. No modern plug ins for charging phones, just electrical outlets. Flushing the toilet was so loud it would wake the dead. Pool area was closed which was no biggie. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good.
All in all the hotel really could use some upgrades and a little tender loving care.

I think you'll be happy to know that we now have alarm clocks in the rooms with USB ports for charging phones without the charging block, And despite our Jacuzzi being under maintenance our entire pool area and gym is available from 9am-10pm. Polite staff, clean room, variety in breakfast. I would recommend this place for stay. I will definitely come back whenever i am around murrieta. They have a pool which i did not use but i used the gym which was good.

This was for an overnight. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very good and friendly. The breakfast was good and we were happy to spend the night here. Would do it again

Room was clean. The mattress felt good (not lumpy or too soft). Bathroom is well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner (smells really good) and body lotion. Staff were friendly, especially the one in charge of the dinning room and the set up of the continental breakfast. The breakfast was well worth booking the place for. The location of the establishment is good. Lots of eateries and few dessert options near. There is also a nice park near the area for families and little ones. Highly recommend booking the place for your next trip out in the area.
