You don’t.Honestly, I imagine even a Soviet gulag had better structure and consistency than this hotel.At least in a gulag, you knew what you were signing up for—misery, cold, and zero comfort.Here, you promise warmth and hospitality, then deliver chaos and contempt.That’s not a hotel. That’s a five-star disappointment in a dictatorship of incompetence.You see that maple leaf on your flag?I no longer see it as a symbol of peace or hospitality.Does it look like a palm?At this point, I just want to rip it off the fabric and slap it across your face—because that’s the only “welcome” your service deserves.

基本设施缺失。员工冷漠。三天里,房卡失效了三次。早餐份量少得连小孩都吃不饱。我才98斤,吃完还是饿着肚子。
你能想象吗?当我从外面的冰雪世界回来,还拎着一大堆行李,却发现房门又打不开了。房卡消磁了。而且这竟然发生了三次!!!谁能体会我的绝望和崩溃?!
你们不仅让自己的酒店蒙羞。你们让埃德蒙顿、艾伯塔省、加拿大、北美洲、拉丁美洲——坦白说,整个西方世界都蒙羞了!!!
事实上,如果这家酒店继续这样经营下去,詹姆斯·麦迪逊(James Madison)可能都会欢迎你们加入美国战争部——因为很明显,你们有能力不费一枪一弹就能搞垮加拿大。
而且你知道吗?就连你们压迫的土著民族,可能都比我在这里看到的建立了一个更体面、更实用的文明。

前台服务很好
交通便利,就在高速公路边上,附近有餐厅、杂货店和购物中心。酒店内就有两家餐厅,所以如果你不想走远,也不用走远。工作人员很热情。我们住了两晚,唯一的缺点是第二天房间没有打扫,这或许是酒店的新常态,但出门回来后发现房间里仍然没有干净的毛巾,床也没有整理。我问了前台,他们给了我们干净的毛巾和一些杯子,但床没有整理,咖啡和茶也没有补充。也许我的期望值比标准高了一点。
一直都很棒
我们每次去埃德蒙顿旅行都会住在这里。我们住得舒适安全,房间里应有尽有,而且价格也很实惠。
很遗憾,我只有一个抱怨:楼下正在举办活动,音乐/低音太大声,把浴室里的物品都震坏了。这种情况一直持续到晚上10点30分。我们打电话给前台,问他们能不能把音量调低一点,因为太夸张了,他们答应了,但什么也没发生。大约15分钟后,我们又打了一次电话,他们在10点30分之前把音乐关了。
第二天早上我退房时告诉了他们发生了什么事,值班经理人很好,给了我们一晚免费住宿,作为我们8月份的噪音补偿。谢谢!
这是一家很大的酒店,我们入住时房间已满。我们住了三个晚上,包括周五和周六晚上。虽然白天人来人往,但到了安静的时候,酒店里却异常安静。
工作人员很友好,位置也很方便,靠近一家杂货店和餐厅(波士顿披萨店,不过我们入住的那天它关门了),而且交通便利,可以通往主要道路。
我们的房间是标准间,配有一张双人床和一张折叠沙发;房间大小合适。房间内还配备了微波炉和一台小冰箱,我们很满意。
房间符合我们的预期,我们推荐给旅行者。
