Hotel in dated. Premium room beds have leather frame peeling off. Only two out of four elevators functioned and staff kept using them (presumably due to service elevator malfunction), leading to congestion. Multiple areas of the hotel smelled of pot. Parking garage is no longer functional so only open air parking available.
Hotel seems to be dilapidated, left without a maintenance plan and below standard for a Le Meridien.
Staff was kind. View from room of Charlotte is great. Location is okay.

Staff were really nice and kind. I want to specially compliment the nice sir in the lobny Saturday night around 1am, he was super nice to us and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Online it states you give a deposit of $50 and we were charged $100 and it’s been a week and we still have not even received our deposit back into our card yet.
