第二次入住了，房间干净，有热水壶，无洗漱用品，服务态度好，交通方便，门口就是公交站，附近有三个地铁口，出行很方便。价格适中，附近就有大商场，附近有三个小中餐馆，有几个当地超市，有麦当劳和肯德基，吃饭方便。
预订这家酒店是为了去看Blackpink演唱会。酒店下午3点未能按时提供房间，直到4点半才拿到房，不过给升级到了套房。房间明亮又干净。早餐还不错。酒店员工都很友好，乐于助人。地理位置很棒，步行10分钟就能到温布利球场和Westfield购物中心，非常方便。
服务还可以，这是第二次入住，总体感觉不如第一次，不知是不是经济衰退的原因，房价涨了不少，房间里每天提供的瓶装水和小零食却没有了。询问服务员，回答顾客得去要才有，不要就没有。好吧，这是个理由。
房间预定和拿房不一致，由于时间很晚到所以不想和前台去纠缠此事。卫生条件极差，早上发现没有卫生纸电话联系要求送到，打电话督促六次时间好室友1个小时才迟迟送了。每天服务这样，房间都不敢叫收拾所以房间没有清理。这样的酒店也是难以置信。
酒店位置很好，离我最喜欢的购物中心很近。我很喜欢这个地理位置，感觉很安全。附近也有地铁站。
凌晨一点，有位工作人员未经允许就进入了我的房间，而且没有敲门，也没有提前通知。我向前台反映后，他们说会联系安保团队，但自始至终都没有为此道歉。
酒店位置很好，几分钟就能走到地铁站。
考虑到酒店每天的客流量，服务总体来说还不错。
没有外窗的标准间以及房间设施对于住一晚来说足够了。
房间有些潮湿，我对此感到困扰。后来酒店把我升级到了隔壁Dao酒店的套房，那边好多了，也舒适得多。我更喜欢Dao酒店，而不是Dorset。
我经历过最离奇的事情，就是半夜醒来，房间里弥漫着廉价香水的味道，就好像我睡着的时候有人来过一样。我在附近的玛莎加油站买了个三明治，吃完后就感到昏昏欲睡。醒来后，房间里满是廉价香水味，而且用了他们的毛巾后，我的背痛得厉害。我真的怀疑，在我吃了那个从谢泼德布什格林玛莎加油站商店买的、让人犯困的三明治后熟睡时，有人用万能钥匙进了我的房间。酒店工作人员根本没把我的指控当回事，认为我是胡说八道。我离开的时候完全是一头雾水，而且背疼得要命。
房间中规中矩，熨衣板，吹风机，24小时电源，免费wifi， 除了没有牙刷拖鞋，其他的都还算不错了
早饭提供传统的英早，还不错
