服务:百年老店的服务真的没得说,很贴心很仔细,而且每天都会给我们放上不一样的可爱浴衣。
环境:就在渡月亭边上,步行去岚山的景点非常方便。就是店内碧川阁的地毯都磨损了,看上去不太雅观。
卫生:卫生方面非常干净,没有任何问题。
设施:因为是百年老店了,所以碧川阁的部分公区有些老旧,尤其是温泉,真的像日剧里那些老店一样的古老有历史。
岚山渡月桥旁边的温泉旅馆,价位不低但也算不错的选择,服务员很细致,早餐环境和品类都很好,房间也比想象中大,住的很舒服。
房间比较大显得很宽敞明亮,有室内温泉,但这个价格到大池要另收费有点显得小气,此外酒店不包晚餐另订也不行
酒店只含早餐5000多一晚,但是是非常非常非常小的房间,仅仅14平米,整个房间就照片那么大小,三个人住实在有点挤的转不开,敢收这个价格实在匪夷所思。但是服务确实是还不错。不过相比周围的岚月还是差很多,不管是房间大小,设施,温泉(室内)都没有能让我满意。携程把这个酒店排在了温泉酒店第一名的位置是有失偏颇也是误导消费者的。给予这样的排序携程也是要负责任的。
千万别选这家酒店!这是我几十年来在日本住过最差的酒店,感觉像回到了30年前——酒店设施太老旧了!价格完全不值。一切都又旧又破,公共浴池是我在日本见过最差的之一。
千万不要选这饭店!贵得离谱,又没有那价钱该有的设备和服务!
那澡堂是我在日本遇过最烂的,餐点也非常普通。

十年前来住过一次,当年是有女将送餐到房间的,现在需要走蛮多路到对面那栋就餐。房间不算很大,比较紧凑,中规中矩不是很出彩。大浴池也没风景,感觉不值那个价

渡月亭酒店就在渡月桥边,从商业街步行过了渡月桥,还在桥上就能看到渡月亭的招牌。远远的就能感受到那份历史的沉淀感。酒店设施看得出已经有岁月了,但是维护得很好,我们其中一个房间是带半露台的私汤套房,出乎意料的美好,是此行我最满意的房间。晚餐的怀石料理简单了一些,不如我意想中的丰盛,这稍有遗憾,其他都非常完美。
