As a result of this, the room move request arose due to the way the reservations were held in our system, rather than any error in assigning an occupied room to another guest.I would also like to address your comments regarding staff conduct. 卫生:一般 第一天入住的时候被子掀开有头发 热水壶很脏
环境:很普通的商务酒店
服务:不好不坏 不冷不热
值得注意的是 床品极其不舒服!枕头很薄一点弹性都没有 床更是像硬纸板一样 非常难受 对睡眠要求高的人不建议住着 靠马路的房间晚上会有车开过的噪音
不是2023年装修的,很老的,起码十几年了,图片不符合,服务员每天不主动打扫条间你要主动去给前台说,即使打扫卫生也给你换床单。
给了一件有尿味儿很重的包间,在携程的协调下,第二天换了包间
每天主动打扫卫生,难道不是一个酒店的责任吗?我住了7天都没有给我换过床单,这也是你们的标准吗?其中有一天都没有打扫,我原谅那天是圣诞节,所以我没有追究,希尔顿是一个大品牌,难道就是这样的服务吗?
可能是因为在伦敦吧,装修和硬件抵不上国内200元的商务酒店!早餐种类不多,但是还算新鲜!服务整体马马虎虎!英国在伦敦左右5星级酒店提供洗漱用品!该酒店不提供矿泉水,不提供拖鞋,牙刷牙膏,吹风机这些!洗发水和沐浴露这些是有的!酒店整体位置还行,离滑铁卢地铁站步行10分钟不到,附见也有公交车可以直接到大本钟
孩子说非常喜欢这个酒店,房间比较大,窗外就能看到伦敦眼,希尔顿的酒店还是比较不错的,由于提前联系了携程,说可能来的早,酒店给免费办理了提前入住,服务非常好,下次来伦敦还会选择这个酒店
很遗憾的事,刚对酒店发了评价,随后就分生了很不愉快的事情,我们定了两天,第一天入住的时候就跟前台说我们住两天就不换房间了,结果第二天在外面正逛着街就不停的给我们打电话说这个房间租给了别人,让我们回来收拾东西换到低楼层的别的房间,我们都没退房、也没收拾东西,酒店把房间开给别人之前也不看一下房间的情况?即使同时申请入住,我们先住进来的是不是还有优先入住权?酒店这种做法真是匪夷所思。下次再也不住这儿了,他们管理存在问题。
这次伦敦之行,住了几天这个酒店。位置方便,门口就是公交,地铁五分钟走路就到。旁边有些小餐馆,超市,很方便。酒店早餐品种算丰富的,水果,肉类,谷物,蘑菇等,还能自制华夫饼,真的算伦敦里可圈可点的性价比高的酒店。希尔顿名副其实。酒店房间干净整洁,面积在伦敦的酒店里绝对算大的。百分百推荐放心订,没问题。
这次伦敦8晚的住宿,前前后后在这里住了6晚。
有幸遇到Samuel和Maclan两位专业、和善的经理人,妥善处理好了住宿中遇到困扰,为最后几天的伦敦游充满快乐奠定了基础。
酒店人气很旺,几乎每天客满,早餐虽然人多担有条不紊,客人都被照顾得很好,工作人员不断清洁、补充食物。热情、积极。
酒店位置方便,门口的公交可以去很多主要景点,滑铁卢站也金,附近超市购物方便。
去年来就选了这家酒店,今年继续。
相当于国内一线城市5百左右的房间。入住过程很顺利,英式早餐选择不算太多,但填饱肚子是肯定没什么问题的。房间有洗发水、沐浴露、洗手液等,饮用水需要自备。到酒店要付£30押金,退房后很快就收到退款了。
带沙发床的面积和双人床房间一样大,所以3个人带个沙发床房间明显有些转不开身了,后来几天住了双人床房间,明显舒服多了。
卫生上没有发现明显瑕疵,就是淋浴房是做半扇门的,水容易溅出来,不理解是什么设计。
位置优越:酒店离地铁站步行只要5分钟,公交站更是近在咫尺,出行极为方便。周边还有小公园,散步很惬意,旁边的美食街汇聚了各国风味,每天换着吃都不会腻。
