位置非常好,几步路就到哈罗德百货,离V&A博物馆、自然历史博物馆都是步行距离,周边好吃的餐厅也很多!房间很大,有客厅、厨房,两个卧室、两个卫生间,各种厨具餐具一应俱全,很像个小家~服务人员也都比较热情友善,只是退房时未告知就收了一些service fee,这个可以提前跟前台沟通要求不支付,因为我们从苏格兰回来又住了几天,就没付也是ok的,理论上小费是已经包含在房费里了~
非常方便的就在Harrods斜对面马路,各方面都挺好的,除了有一间房间的洗手间地面没有地暖,另外主卧洗手间的出水是很臭的。其他都很好,很干净,每天打扫,也很安静。
酒店地处knightbridge,属于闹市区,附近的餐馆会营业到很晚,十分方便。海德公园、哈罗百货、V&A 博物馆都步行可达。离地铁稍有距离,大概要走5-10分钟。酒店的卫生清洁很好,冰箱、洗衣机、洗碗机都配备得很好。这次预定的三房一厅,可以入住最多7-8人。总之,这个酒店是小团队出游的好选择。

非常棒的酒店式公寓,地理位置优越,公交、地铁、购物都很方便,离哈罗德和各博物馆很近。酒店工作人员态度很好,我们住的非常舒服,下次还会住Cheval酒店。

房间设施是不错的,但是给的房间是地下一层的,之前反复确认关于楼层,显然还是沟通挺无效的,国内客服的积极性还是很好的,但是酒店的服务还是有点跟不上
入住当天中午电话联系我说我被幸运的从三卧室公寓房升级到联排别墅三房!记得预定时候特别对比了这两个三卧室房型才选的价格相对较贵的公寓房!酒店告知由于公寓房预定超额,所以可以延迟退房和赠送一份欢迎礼篮,我不需要延迟退房,所以希望可以给足够5人的水和牛奶面包也就算了。实际上入住的一个房间还在地下室,并且只给了一小桶牛奶,2瓶水,面包足够,但是早上孩子们吃完早餐我才发现面包是当天过期,牛奶是昨天过期,一晚入住体验极差,根本没有5星标准,以后绝对不会再预定这里!
