The property is older, and that means even cleanliness cannot cover up the effects of wear and tear that accumulate over time. The staff folks were pleasant and efficient. It was a safe, quiet place to spend a night.

Smoking room that smelled putrid, even though a non smoking room was booked. Staff then argued about booking until presented the evidence and then blamed ******* for the improper booking. Would not refund one of the two nights even though it was impossible to stay in the room due to medical reasons

Laundry was clean & appreciated the ac working very well!! The room was “clean”” but then I could tell it hadn’t been used in a while. There was dust on the wired clothes pole. The bathtub was handicapped accessible, & thus the shower head should be able to accommodate by having it go up & down the pole. However it wouldn’t tighten & could only use it when it was at its lowest. The tub wouldn’t drain & dirty water pooled on my feet/legs. Also the bath curtains was way too low…sitting in the bathtub which is dangerous when showering as I stepped in it several times if I were handicapped it could become a fall risk. AND…it rained & the water came in all on the floor from around the ac & I had some items that got soaked…water pooled on the window ledge water coming in from the left side of the window! It was very humid in the room & I realized it was because there was poor seal around the ac unit & window.

Do Better
No coffeepot in room, no cups in room, no ice bucket in room, paper thin bedding, & no hot coffee in lobby as advertised. Upon asking, no extra pillows or blankets, received 3 pitiful cups, & the world's smallest ice bucket that looked like it had been beat with a hammer. Pictures on this site are quite deceiving. Room was "Meh", certainly NOT a three star hotel or worth what I paid for the weekend. I'm not picky but there are certain things I expect for my hard earned money & this place did NOT deliver. Cities of Rogers & Bentonville, AR were awesome. We'll be back, just not to this hotel or any other hotel owned by Red Roof ever again. Do Better, HomeTowne Studios & Suites.

I like the fridge and kitchenette option. Would have been very helpful on a longer stay. Housekeeping wasn't clear -- if that was happening daily or not, and there was no do not disturb hanger in my room. Got a knock at 10am asking if I was checking out.

We lost hot water in our shower one day, but after that it was good for the rest of the trip! Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean!

如果不是整个城市都没酒店了大概根本不会知道这个酒店吧,太夸张了,整个楼道一股浓浓的油烟味,工人开着门施工,电梯的按键也没了……

需要彻底清洁。一群15岁以上的哈雷摩托车骑手整晚在停车场巡游,噪音实在令人难以忍受。我一夜没睡。我向前台投诉了,他们只是一笑置之。我本来打算住两晚,但第二天早上就离开了,找到了另一家酒店。他们没有对骑摩托车的客人制造过大噪音提出异议。我会申请退款。希望能联系到*******的人来帮我。
