Nice room with basic amenities. Clean room and bathroom and comfy beds, carpet could use some steam cleaning, but it was ok. Breakfast was ok with enough variety and things to choose from. Staff was helpful.
We did get locked out of the room when key was not working but a visit to the front desk is all it took.

I gave 4 stars because the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 days. This was not mentioned on ******* site and no one from the hotel thought to call. I paid a premium rate of $180/ night so I could enjoy the pool and balconey. I asked for a reduced rate but was not able to receive one.
The gentleman at reception was lovely. The room clean and quiet. The balconey was clean and pest free. Fridge was clean and cold, bed and pillows were comfy.
The bathroom fan would not stay on, the toilet handle loose and the tub faucet was needing tightening.
Overall, I would stay here again for the solitude and cleanliness

The staff were excellent. There was an airport shuttle however it did not run during the early morning or evening so had to use an Uber. Overall a good experience.

酒店🏨非常干净，前台服务员都很nice，很暖心，早餐也很好吃，很不错的一次体验，交通便利
泳池很棒，就是水有点凉。早餐不错。每次动一下床都会吱吱作响，这次住得不太舒服。上次住的时候床超级舒服。这晚没睡好。
酒店早餐一流！房间相对较旧，前台服务很好！
在伦敦转机去下一班飞机时，这里是一个方便的短暂停留点。穿梭巴士非常方便实用。
前台服务员态度笑容和态度很好！房间算整洁，床垫硬度适中！只是洗手间有些似是有些小异味..。但总体还可以.
