Room was clean and spacious, got free hot breakfast vouchers, only thing worth noting is there is only 1 elevator so you may have to walk a bit to get from your car/lobby to your room

Room carpet was so stained and dirty. Bed sheet had a stain on it. Missing desk lamp to be able to work at the desk since there was no over head lamp. Balcony was covered in dirt, not usable.

No concerns were reported during this stay, and a follow-up inspection did not confirm any of the issues described. 酒店🏨非常干净，前台服务员都很nice，很暖心，早餐也很好吃，很不错的一次体验，交通便利
泳池很棒，就是水有点凉。早餐不错。每次动一下床都会吱吱作响，这次住得不太舒服。上次住的时候床超级舒服。这晚没睡好。
酒店早餐一流！房间相对较旧，前台服务很好！
在伦敦转机去下一班飞机时，这里是一个方便的短暂停留点。穿梭巴士非常方便实用。
前台服务员态度笑容和态度很好！房间算整洁，床垫硬度适中！只是洗手间有些似是有些小异味..。但总体还可以.
