提前了三个月预定,但最后却没有沟通好房间,因为房间天花板噪音问题沟通的时候,当晚黑人值班经理还对我问出了,what are you going to do if we don’t have twin room? 发生问题解决问题提出解决方案难道不是酒店的责任?最后我提出降级为单人房。但是也没有阻止我在3天内换了5个房间的事实。

环境十分干净整洁,卫生间也很好,房间设计也比较有特色。服务也很到位。离帕丁顿火车站较近,方便我赶飞机。
以为是一个设计师酒店 但其实就是一个快捷酒店 两千多一晚有点太贵了 距离Paddington车站要走一段路 酒店房间非常小 床是一面靠墙的 和照片里的完全不一样 两个人住很不方便 卫生间特别迷你 马桶紧邻洗手台 勉强能站下我瘦小的身子 如果身材魁梧的可能会有点难受 卫生间的水龙台还没有热水 问了前台说找人修也没来修 大冬天用冰水洗的脸 不提供瓶装水 需要到走廊去接直饮水(提前一次性付了四晚 真的不值 到期立刻搬走)
房间有点小,不过胜在麻雀虽小五脏俱全,在伦敦这个性价比算是OK的,要注意的是我们这个房型洗手池在厕所外面。
到伦敦几次都住这里,已连续两次不满意,特写个评论。每次预订,实际入住房间与图片均不相符。酒店方面安排房间,既不给楼层好的,也不给房型好的。本次预订的房型,图片是沿街的(我也入驻过沿街的相关房型),但给我的是内窗的(Room 131),多次与前台交涉,均无果。
曾经为此事给携程打电话投诉过,携程表示会督促酒店更换照片,亦无果。
对此特别不满,望大家不要踩坑。
在 Inhabit Queen’s Gardens 度过了一个宁静而清新的假期!酒店氛围宁静,设计周到,处处体现环保理念,员工也很友好。酒店地理位置闹中取静,离哪里都方便——是伦敦理想的度假之选。
这是一家没有诚信的酒店。我们于入住前13天预定了两间有窗的客房,并付清全款锁定房源。但是,办理入住时被分配到了地下室,地下室有个无法打开的门可以看到天井透下的光线。室内阴冷潮湿,幸亏到达当日伦敦高温,才勉强入住,如是冬天,简直不可想像如何住。和前台反映,这不是我们预定并锁定的房源,得到的答复是:没有其它房源了,那么,请问,我们预定的房间分配给了谁?我们提前支付了全部房款锁定房源又有何意义?看评论有说这家酒店经常把有色人种安排在地下室,看来不是谬传。再说服务,酒店碰到的每一个服务人员都面无表情,对面相逢也是视而不见。房间更是小的可怜,每一件家具、用具都很mini,洗脸池和烤鱼盘差不多大,洗个脸水花四溅。总之,体验极差,非常不推荐。
这间酒店存在欺诈行为,差评,请大家小心避坑:
1. 首先大床房,床的直径不是网上标识的1.51米,而是1.31米;入住后非常诧异(第一次遇到酒店的这种欺诈行为),跟前台讨论更换房间,前台经理说,我们没有更大的床,你如果坚持的话,可以把你安排在地下室有双床的房间,但我们不想住在地下室,因此只好接受现状。
2. 房间极小,除了床,人转身的空间几乎没有;
3. 所谓的皇后花园酒店,完全没有花园,也没有花园景观的房间,房间外除难看的建筑群屋顶外,就是街景;
4. 酒店太小,无法提供早餐自助;只能提供早餐菜单组合(总共只有6个组合,且食物种类高度重合,例如,组合1和2的差异,仅仅是素食香肠还是肉香肠)供选择,服务生送过来。
5. 欺诈:入住酒店时经信用卡扣除了50英镑,以免有其他消费(房间费用在入住前已经预付);7月3日离开酒店时,前台说,24小时内会给我解冻这50英镑;结果到7月10日电话酒店,仍未解冻,说是要请示经理,7个工作日之内才能解冻;今天已经7月14日,我仍未收到50英镑的解冻通知。

非常漂亮的酒店,开在这里之后,心里不禁哇一声,地理位置优越,内部十分优雅。地理位置优越,区域很安全。清晨走出去吃早点 去地铁哪个景点地址都不远。一层区域十分方便。十分推荐 完美的住宿体验
有这个预算可以选更好的,酒店位置是挺好的。
本着第一次的好印象,这次带妈妈旅行没有犹豫就直接预订了。结果让人很失望。
本身房子是老房子翻新改造,噪音问题是个问题。楼上的说话声会听见。住3楼,4楼洗澡的时候3楼水管会有声音。
酒店的卫生也是个问题,换了三个有咖啡机的房间,咖啡机都有不同程度的发霉,反映了也没有跟进处理。

PS 第一次入住完后我还写了小红书大力推荐的,第二次入住完也写了小红书,但是是吐槽。我再也不会住这个酒店了。
隐藏在西敏住宅区的宝藏酒店。房间虽然小了一点,但装修是我喜欢的风格,干净整洁。一楼的公共区域布置温馨舒适,早餐也很棒!staff都很nice,因为拆开两个订单订的房间,中途为了确保不用换房间沟通也很顺利。下次来伦敦还会继续选择这里~
