Remove the daily parking fee. I feel this is an unnecessary charge and received no benefit from the fee charged.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, outdated and not anything to brag about. They charge for parking $20/night for the huge parking lot only they occupy and breakfast is not complimentary nor worth the money they charge for it. The amount we paid to stay here was way overpriced for what we received. We will not be staying here again.

Door lock batteries went dead and could not get into our room. Had to sit in hall until maintenance came. Other than that incident, overall a good stay

Everything was just fine except for when I checked in. The girl that checked me in might have been the most rude experience I have ever had at an any hotel ever. She just acted like I was inconveniencing her entire day. Talking bad about guests to her coworkers in front of me and just general distain for life. Listen I get it I was in hospitality for years but you have to fake it until you make it. Go talk trash about everyone out back not at the front desk and don’t take it out me. I had a bad day to but I was still kind.

Large updated hotel. Room was huge, appeared to have once been 2 rooms. 2 thermostats that were competing as 1 was blowing hot & 1 cold. Bathroom counter very small but shower was great! King bed was a bit soft. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the coffee stand was good. Lots of uncovered parking.
Jamestown & the American Revolution Museum were both outstanding. The films at each were well done & the settlement replicas were very interesting. Well informed staff.

酒店太潮湿了，床都感觉潮湿。浴室没有抽气扇，洗完澡后房间里的湿度非常高，即使我几个小时后回来，房间里的湿度仍然很高。
晚上空调坏了，水都流到地毯上了。晚上10点，我带着两个孩子换了房间。
