A hotel with very little maintenance in all areas and poor cleaning. There was a musty smell in the room. Steff was unfriendly.

The hotel is nicely situated with views of the Boca Raton Inlet and Boca Raton Lake depending on the side you are on. Every room has a balcony, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and updated. The food at the pool bar and Kasumi is great and well priced. We arrived 3 hours before check in and were assured a room would be available soon. At 4:00 which is regular check-in time, still wasn’t ready. I find one staff member at the front desk inadequate for a busy hotel of this size. I wasn’t aware that you had to request housekeeping the day prior. The rooms are a bit tired - old carpeting, worn furniture, holes in the blinds and a struggle to get them up and down. I enjoyed my stay but feel updates are necessary in the near future.

我们的第一个房间闻起来有霉味。前台很好心地帮我们换了房间。第二个房间，住了几个小时后，也闻到了霉味。我简直不敢相信他们居然让客人住在这种环境下。我感觉只要吸入一口就会生病。我们之前在Waterstone酒店住过两次，从来没有遇到过这种情况。真是丢脸。
