Overall the hotel was nice. Only had one elevator, so it got a little busy at times. The water turned off twice while showering. The room keys kept not working, which was a slight annoyance and delay. Also minor, but the room was very dark when all the lights were turned off at night. I usually like a small amount of light by the bathroom so I can see when I get up in the middle of the night to go. When the bathroom light is turned on, the fan also turned on and can’t separately be turned off. It felt wasteful to leave the bathroom light on all night and I felt bad for the noise created by having the bathroom fan run all night. Just needed an accent light

Great room for family with dogs. Reasonable pet fee. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants, etc. Very clean facilities. Felt very secure.

Very clean. Bed could be more comfortable I think it was too big for the frame. No hair dryer but the staff was very helpful and got me one swiftly. Staff was great. Coffee was good! I did not have breakfast.

The hotel staff let children run all through there couldn't be in hot tub due to several kids being unsupervised and splashing and kicky all the water out . Went went to try a second time and the water was freezing and not enough left to even cover the jets.
