We always enjoy staying at Stoney Creek. We book this hotel when we visit our daughter at Mizzou. It is very convenient to campus.

Reservation that I made 12 months in advance with confirmation number was not honored. Obviously a scam so they could charge over double what a would have been paying by making my advance reservation. Waited until I arrived at the desk to inform me they had no room available for me. Area was totally booked up. 2 others that I spoke to suffered the same nightmare upon arrival. Not sure why I’m writing this, I know you won’t post this but I’m considering taking this up with higher authorities.

Will not stay here again. Very outdated facility. Tub does not drain well so when showering it fills with water.

Front desk was friendly and thorough when checking is. Room was clean over all. Wished they kept an extra blanket in room but I could have probably called for one. Minimal towels, could have used more washcloths. Breakfast was good, might consider adding a protien (sausage or bacon)

Booked 2 suites for my son and daughter’s birthdays. The AC was broken in one suite and the other smelled strongly of sewage. Staff was rude and unreasonable.

酒店设计不错，但略显陈旧，前台工作人员多次粗鲁无礼。需要提醒他们，他们是为客人服务的。两位前台女服务员因为我们打扰了她们，把我们当成烦人的人。
