Quiet room, good area. Hot tub was down for the season even though we called 4 days prior to arriving and was told the hot tub would be accessible. We booked this hotel for that reason alone. Very large crack in the room door. Could see through the door from the hallway. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Very disappointed about the pool. There was no notification that it would be unavailable. That was a big draw to staying there.

这是我几十年旅行生涯中体验最糟糕的一家酒店——没有之一!此酒店不仅服务质量差,我认为诚信也有问题。
2024年12月16日,我们入住该酒店,入夜后一直听到某种机器轰鸣的噪音,直到17日凌晨1点过,我们根本无法入睡,才发现巨大的噪音是来自一墙之隔的开放式制冰机……于是到前台临时更换了房间。
17日一早退房,我们向前台人员反应及抱怨噪音影响睡眠问题,前台表示sorry,说会报告经理给我们回复。
于是17日下午,酒店号码来电(因驾驶途中我们没接),随后收到酒店短信息请我们回电。
18日早我们回电该酒店,一名叫Amika的员工将电话转给经理,该经理反复抱歉并说会把房费refund给我们……
一个多月后,我已回到中国,但一直没收到酒店方退款。于是联系携程平台,平台几次与酒店方联系。令我们震惊的是,该酒店不仅不承认refund的
承诺,甚至完全不承认发生过我们半夜换房的事实。这是我们完全不能接受的!!
在我看来,在有空房的情况下,把客人安排在噪音巨大的客房,这是服务质量问题;但不承认退款承诺-甚至否认我们后半夜换房的事实,这是酒店的诚信问题!
厕所不干净,马桶座圈上都是头发。床单有污渍。那位烫着直卷发的前台女士对客人非常粗鲁。不会再来了。
我们联系了几家酒店,它们都有泳池,但要么因为季节原因关闭,要么价格太贵。本顿维尔的La Quinta离家很近。酒店非常干净。工作人员很有礼貌也很乐于助人。泳池和水疗区维护得很好。房间既暖和又干净。早餐种类丰富,而且很新鲜。

我们的房间很干净。房间比我想象的要小一些,隔音效果也不太好,能听到邻居的噪音。考虑到可以带宠物旅行,这个价格还算可以接受,但是我们能清楚地听到隔壁邻居的狗叫声,而且楼上的邻居非常吵闹,他们晚到早退的时候尤其吵。浴室里没有排气扇。床上只有三个枕头,当我要求多要一个枕头时,他们不得不从空房间里拿。等我回到房间后,发现枕头上全是狗毛。我只好把它扔在地上,放弃了这个想法。热水浴缸坏了,这让我们非常失望。孩子们倒是很喜欢游泳池。
