Natalie was extremely nice and helpful even though she was understaffed. Our room accommodations were perfect for a night away. This property is smack in the middle.of the Funk zone. Will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed here while in town for my brother’s wedding. The location was amazing, lots of great restaurants in the area, very close to the beach, and a very walkable area. We were initially placed in a wheelchair accessible room. During my first shower, the water went into the whole bathroom and started into the bedroom. The staff was nice enough to place us in a different room. The facilities and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was hair throughout the shower in our new room, the tv remote batteries were low, the lights in the bathroom went out. The staff was notified but the lights were out in the bathroom almost the whole time we were there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with luggage and details about the area.

这家酒店的噪音简直令人无法忍受。显然，这栋楼在建造时根本没有考虑隔音或噪音控制。由于楼上的人走来走去都吵得我们不得不换到二楼的房间。清洁人员的动静也吵得我们无法入睡，因为他们的一举一动都像是在打扫我们睡觉的房间。人们在房间里或走廊里说话的声音大得惊人，感觉就像他们就在房间里一样。外面火车和街道的噪音也大得让人彻夜难眠。虽然酒店位于热闹的街区，地理位置优越，也有一些不错的设施，但我们以后绝不会再入住这家酒店了。
员工非常友善热情，但这家酒店价格高得离谱。房间小得像个鞋盒，床周围几乎没有空间，装饰华丽只是为了掩盖它其实就是个豪华版的汽车旅馆的事实。酒店没有停车位，我们不得不把车停在三个街区外的公共停车场，然后拖着所有行李走过去。这是一家别致的酒店，但我绝对不会再来了。至少我体验了一把在**里洗澡的感觉。
