We found this a very confusing hotel. First the room they assigned us the refrigerator didn’t work. The front desk helped immediately. The kitchen is not stocked at all. If you want glasses, plates or any kitchen ware you have to contact the front desk and they will give you just what you ask for. The overall cleanliness is good even though they’re remodeling. I didn’t see any house keeping people and they only service your room, according to the hotel information, every 2 weeks. But there is an envelope for a housekeeping tip. It was impossible to get any fresh towels and we were there 5 days. Breakfast is coffee and hot water. I saw some instant oatmeal not much else. It’s in a good location right off hwy 100. The beds are comfortable.

Renovating. Noise started at 8:00 am. Very loud! On our floor. Very noisy at night past 11:30 pm. Staff didn’t ask how our stay was. Staff didn’t communicate anything, just enough to check in. Check out, zero communication. We have stayed here several times before. I can appreciate the upgrades but not at the cost of the customers’s experience and sleep.

It was noisy, with fights in the hallway waking us up. The breakfast wasn’t great to say the least. Would rather pay less and have nothing offered. At $200/night we expected a betterexperience.

Horrible doesnt even begin to describe this stay.. 1st we get there put us in the top floor. Elevator sounds like it is going to break. Nothing eorks, room key, tv, phone. Went down and she says heres a number call it and they will fix it. Not my job. They changed our room. Again key doesnt work, needed more bath towels as we were staying 4 nights, they say bring the old ines, and we will give you new ones. No cleaning service at all. Buyer beware, dont stay here

Construction was the worst!!! Right above my room sounded like someone was being tortured. Scraping sounds and banging all while trying to sleep on a Saturday.

The heat on the ac turned on and the fire alarm went off, the staff had me wait an hour to get my room card fixed, every time i came back my key card would drop working, random construction at early morning times, can’t reserve rooms online. Anything else would be a simple hotel standard but good lort.

The room was filthy! When we turned on the AC we couldn’t figure out what the stench was until we checked the AC unit, appeared to be mice droppings. We couldn’t bear staying in that filth

You get what you pay for
I got back to my hotel room and discovered that the toilet would not flush. It was already late so I didn’t call anyone. I will let them know in the morning. The bed only had a sheet and the top cover and no blanket. I had called down earlier to get a spoon and a plate and a knife and instead of the employee bringing it up they told me to come down and get it, which I didn’t not great customer service.
