The property is nasty reek of piss smell also have roaches I will not recommend no one there the worst stay I ever experienced

Looks can be Deceiving
1st didn't kno it required a 50dollar deposit had no cash they had all the laundry throwed around in msin lobby where everyone could see than get to room dusty no hot water didnt have housekeeping couldn't get clean towels they the sheet on top of comforter wasn't the comforter as pictured

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap, don’t expect everything to work. Toilet didn’t flush, no maintenance guy came. Room service didn’t come although we requested. You need to pay a 50$ cash deposit and you get it back if you checkout before 11am. If not, then you literally don’t get it back!

Absolutely nothing good other that the clerk was nice. Nothing like the pictures. Wasn’t expecting what we saw. Stay no longer than an hour and checked out…

他们告诉我房间一小时后能准备好,所以我两个小时后才回去。当我拿到房卡去房间时,打开门却发现里面已经有人了,而且他们还把安全栓也插上了。我告诉前台工作人员,她也不知道这些人是怎么进去的。出于安全考虑,我决定离开。他们承诺7月1日会给我退款,但现在已经是7月24日了,我还是没有收到退款。酒店周围还晃荡着很多形迹可疑的人。如果Trip.com真的关心他们的客户,就不应该提供这家酒店的预订服务。
一切都很好,服务也很棒,绝对推荐,会再次入住。
