Vomit in the parking lot, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, room smelled like smoke. It was gross and felt not safe. I ended up checking into a different hotel. Staff was pleasant to deal with.

他们告诉我房间一小时后能准备好,所以我两个小时后才回去。当我拿到房卡去房间时,打开门却发现里面已经有人了,而且他们还把安全栓也插上了。我告诉前台工作人员,她也不知道这些人是怎么进去的。出于安全考虑,我决定离开。他们承诺7月1日会给我退款,但现在已经是7月24日了,我还是没有收到退款。酒店周围还晃荡着很多形迹可疑的人。如果Trip.com真的关心他们的客户,就不应该提供这家酒店的预订服务。
一切都很好,服务也很棒,绝对推荐,会再次入住。
没法拿到干净的床单。
我办理入住手续打开房门时,发现床铺虽然“有人用过”,但看起来并不像只睡了一晚。(真是太恶心了!)窗帘没挂好,暖气/空调的面板也被拆掉了,而且非常脏。酒店让我联系经理,但我打了好几次电话都联系不上,录音提示我拨打失败。我非常不满意。我们最后换了地方住,要求退款。
房间很干净,闻起来也很干净。谢谢你们的帮助。
