办理入住/退房的办公室只是一个街边小窗口。我们一打开房间门,一股可怕的霉味就扑面而来,这股味道弥漫了我们所有的衣物和箱包。我们花了整整一个星期才把箱包散味!我们的房间在二楼,酒店没有电梯,所以我们不得不来来回回好几趟,才把行李从车上搬到房间。如果你打算住这里,一定要轻装上阵!浴室里只有两条浴巾,而且叠得很随意,让人感觉像是用过的。房间里没有电话联系前台,我只好下楼去办公室要洗脸巾。女服务员最终把洗脸巾送到了我们房间,但她表现出很不情愿,觉得是多跑了一趟!厨房里的咖啡机没法用,很多部件都缺失了。他们只提供了一个泡沫杯。第二天早上,我们在床上发现了一只虫子。我丈夫胸口被咬了。这只虫子大到不可能是臭虫——我一开始进房间的时候就检查过了。床单脏兮兮的,还有污渍和几个破洞。不用说,我们再也不会住那里了!!!
太糟糕了,浴缸看起来糟透了,到处都是污渍,看起来根本没怎么保养,也看不出他们真的在乎。我住的四天里,客房服务只来过一次。房间几乎没怎么打扫过,根本就不像个房间。而且我住的第一个房间看起来就像有人住一样,根本不知道谁住在哪个房间里。我们立刻就换了房间。
最糟糕的住宿体验
这是最糟糕的地方。我们下午 3 点到达,下午 2 点办理入住手续,不得不等了一个小时才有房间。床上没有枕头,沙发床也没有额外的床罩,所以 5 个人睡在 2 张没有枕头的床上,只有 2 条毛巾 1 条面巾。整晚都有大量**味。位置不好,住宿环境不好。请不要向其他人推荐这个地方
我们一打开房门,就看到套房内(卧室和客厅)有好几只蟑螂在跑来跑去。我们立即回到前台取消预订。我们还联系了*******要求退款。*******告诉我们,店员承认了此事,但酒店经理拒绝退款。
由于“新冠疫情”,大堂关闭。不得不通过窗户与工作人员打交道。现在是 2025 年 2 月。房间状况不佳(地砖破裂、灯具缺失、百叶窗损坏、墙壁上有污渍、家具上的层压板条缺失、床单有污渍)。
