The problem I had was with manager checking in he started trying to over talk me and I had to stop it I can tell he doesn't respect people that looks like me the rest of the staff was very professional

Still my favorite of all times because of the staff mostly Jorge, Faith, Roiti, Precious & the cleaning staff to. I’m in west Africa now stay at a hotel on the ocean it’s nice but extended stay Kent still number 1 for me..

前门在特定时间后上锁很麻烦,不得不走侧门。停车场脏乱不堪,到处都是垃圾。我们坐在床上时床会滑落,床底下需要垫点东西才不会滑落。我们有小厨房,但没有锅碗瓢盆,无法使用厨房。只有两个垃圾桶,一个在浴室里,另一个在水槽下面,我们必须把它拉出来。我不敢用行李架,因为它只是墙上的一个金属丝架子。插座不够,无法给我们的行李充电。幸好我们带了自带的充电桩。
我不喜欢他们这种“我帮你,你帮我”的政策。他们免除了宠物费,但在我离开时却要我支付所有免除费用的押金,这让我家人没有足够的资金继续住宿。尤其是在我花了 800 多美元在 Extended Stay 酒店之后。有一天,我们通过 ******* 续房,费用是 96 美元,酒店员工额外向我们收取了 70 美元,分三次收取,理由是上一位员工忘了收宠物费,但我们入住时却免除了宠物费。这太荒谬了。灯没有灯罩,门锁不上,服务员在你离开后进入你的房间,电梯快要撞坏了,而且有霉味。绝对不会再住 Kent Extended Stay 酒店了。Tukwila 和 southcenter 的位置要好得多,工作人员热情友好,清洁度、便利设施和整体体验都更好。
