Booked this hotel because it was close to the business I had appointments at for 2 days. Offered Grab-n-Go breakfast, vending machines and coffee in the common areas. Also said fully equipped kitchen which was great since it was just me and my dog. Cooking for us and saving money instead of eating out. I called the hotel a week in advance to let them know I’m bringing my dog and requested a room on ground floor for ease of taking my dog outside to potty. I arrive to hear no rooms are available on ground floor. Bummer. We get to our room 203 and unpack. No cook wear, dinner wear, a tiny bar of soap and 2 towels. Sign on counter offered cook wear $39, dinnerware for 1 $19. Went to heat water in microwave, nasty and rusty. No coffee maker and none offered in common areas and no vending machines. Breakfast no longer at this location. Bed very broken down and uncomfortable. If you book here bring all cooking supplies, all shampoo, tissues, hand towels, water because there isn’t any available on site. So disappointed!!

The room smelled like they swept it with pee in some areas. The 500 number number you are suppossed to call is never answered. The fact it doesn't have front desk all time is terrible. Staying away from it as much as I can.

My last post was made under a FALSE assumption. The two ladies at the front who i spoke so kindly about ended up being more fake than a 3 dollar bill! 2 faced and all! DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE SMILES AND FAKE CONCERN!

first and foremost, the two ladies at the desk Amy and Lourdes are the most phenomenal women working here. They have been so understanding, patient, caring, respectful and just overall have provided the BEST customer service EVER! I have absolutely NO complaints about staying at this hotel with my two boys.

The room was very clean and the staff is always friendly. We stayed longer than anticipated and the manager accommodated us with excellent service. I highly recommended this hotel.

The room fit my needs. It could use grab bars, since I am a senior. The only complaint I have is that you need a regular pest terminator. I saw two small roaches during my stay. Same thing with your property in Fort Lauderdale. I only saw one that time three weeks ago.
