first and foremost, the two ladies at the desk Amy and Lourdes are the most phenomenal women working here. They have been so understanding, patient, caring, respectful and just overall have provided the BEST customer service EVER! I have absolutely NO complaints about staying at this hotel with my two boys.

UNACCEPTABLE
Booked online and paid only to show up and they have the lobby closed early and no one to come check in despite having after hour call lines. No one was available. Completely unacceptable and will never boom with extended stay in life.

The manager in the office is bery unprofessional and very messy she called the police for no reason and then apologies after the fact refund our money then tried to reverse it and couldn't messed everything up and she been trying to charge my card everyday so i think she got my card info because i booked on ******* so now i have to get a new card she copied my credit card information

The staff was so friendly and they really keep everything clean!!! I have been to so many places where they cant even get the basic cleaning down, but not this place! They really make you feel welcomed definitely will stay again!

The room fit my needs. It could use grab bars, since I am a senior. The only complaint I have is that you need a regular pest terminator. I saw two small roaches during my stay. Same thing with your property in Fort Lauderdale. I only saw one that time three weeks ago.
