The convenient Extended Stay hotel !
My stay was pretty good. I stayed because of the convenience, it was close to the hospital I am working at 15mins away. The WiFi was horrible however my stay was ok otherwise. The hotel was clean & very convenient in
that it has a kitchen. The staff were friendly & accommodating. I wanted to book another stay but they were sold out.

I got a great night sleep in the comfy bed. The young man at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I did think it was odd that there were no dishes, cups, silverware or pots and pans in the kitchen. The front desk doesn’t open until 9 AM and I couldn’t figure out where to put my key cards. There was a large garage type door that have been pulled down in front of the lobby desk. I took my keys back to the room and left them on the table.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and security provided us with a key. At our building entrance, several individuals were loitering nearby, which made us feel uneasy about entering. We attempted to reach security for assistance, but no one answered. After inspecting the room and the surroundings, we ultimately decided to leave because we did not feel safe. This property seems to function more like temporary housing rather than a traditional hotel.

The accommodation was spacious. I loved the bed very comfortable. It felt like a home. The staff was very nice and respectful. Very clean all around.

I woke up at 4am only to find 6 active cockroaches in my room. Faked a family emergency to leave. Didn’t even ask for my money because it wasn’t worth it. Such a nice staff but a horrible facility.

It will do once in the room
Alishia was upbeat, pleasant and helpful at check-in. Returned late one night and key would not let me in the front door. Nightman answered phone quickly, was responsive and friendly. Hallway had a different food odor each night, not pleasant. Room was clean enough but couple of dead bugs by the AC unit, didn't see any live ones during the stay. Bathroom was clean, kitchen area clean but extremely date and one cupboard door would not stay closed. They need to rip out the carpet, probably clean but just doesn't look it anymore

The only nice thing about the place was the nightstands. They looked like they are trendy. I found hair all over the kitchen, the nightstands. There were traces of bedbugs under the bed. It was awful. I think you could find somewhere on the street cleaner than this place. I’m had to call a phone number to check in and the check in counter was behind a roll top door. The employee too almost 10 minutes to come down. It’s very unprofessional. All previous extended stay campuses seem to be like this. I am sure this is not the first time this has happened.

Power was out in some of our outlets, but they fixed it quickly and offered a discount and fixed it within a couple hours. They were very accommodating!
