位置不太方便,房间很旧,需要翻新了。
简直糟透了!!!
我到房间的时候,发现没有咖啡机,没有冰桶,所有灯和插座都得我自己跪下来插。浴室里有蟑螂和蜘蛛,马桶里还有条像蛇一样的东西,怎么也冲不下去,总是会浮上来。入住的第二天晚上,凌晨两点半有人猛敲我的门。然后我听到他们敲隔壁的门,说“客房服务”。第三天晚上,又有人试图闯入我的房间。我能听到他们在摆弄门把手。第二天早上我醒来准备离开的时候,发现一个男人站在我的门边大喊大叫。然后他跪在地上,一边尖叫一边用拳头捶打水泥地。我敢肯定他是在戒毒。这绝对是我住过的最糟糕的酒店,我以后再也不会入住红屋顶酒店了。我觉得我应该得到退款。
入住非常快,即使很晚入住,工作人员也非常有礼貌。然而,由于第二天早上发现床虱,我只退了住宿费的三分之一。我不得不花时间清洁我的所有物品,而退还三分之一的住宿费对于这种情况来说根本不够。我预订了一间比较贵的高级客房。地板看起来好像好几年没拖过了。我之前在这家酒店住过三四次,这次是其中最糟糕的一次。请处理床虱,并进行清洁,做得更好,因为我知道你们可以做到,而且以前也这样做过!
床上用品脏兮兮的,污渍斑斑,床头还有烟头烧的洞。门被撬过,可以透过门缝看到阳光。天花板上的灯具里有一包番茄酱。马桶通宵不停地漏水。地毯没吸尘。没有浴巾,只有手巾和洗衣服。网上的照片简直是骗人的。楼下5个房间还有人**过量,而且满是*********的气味。不建议带新生儿来。
我们一进房间就闻到一股湿袜子的味道,床与床之间的地毯也湿透了,我们不得不铺了条毛巾。我和女儿醒来时,身上都有被虫子咬过、肿起来的红色大块伤口。
我的入住体验并不理想。走进房间,一股烟味扑鼻而来。我问前台小姐有没有空气清新剂,她竟然跟着我进了房间检查。她试图告诉我这只是清洁用品,但同意借我一个加湿器用30分钟。毯子上沾满了污渍,浴室通风口积满灰尘,浴缸也褪色了。电视也坏了,每个频道都显示绿色,屏幕底部也变色了。我跟前台反映电视或控制器坏了,她回复说:“我昨晚就告诉过你,频道从11点开始。”而且有些插头也坏了。
房间里弥漫着一股陈旧的烟味,紫外线灯显示厕所周围的墙壁上有大量尿液痕迹。等等。
又脏又乱。马桶冲不了水。浴缸排水不畅,所以我们站在脏兮兮、污迹斑斑的浴缸里,水深及脚踝。床单上也有污垢。总而言之,这是一次糟糕的体验。
