Could have been cleaner upon arrival.I found four different hairs in different places.
On the plus side, the bed was comfy.And the towels were great as was the staff.

All fireplaces have been removed from "Rooms w/fireplace,' so all such descriptions are wrong.
Poor patchwork repairs on walls and door in the room.
Dated.
Bed made wrong; the flat sheet was in top of the comforter, so it was fitted sheet, comforter / douvet, flat sheet on top.

Quiet nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms well-kept. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues -- missing towel hook, that sort of minor thing -- that would have made it a five star review. Over all, though, I'd definitely stay here again, and recommend it to other travelers.

As soon as we got in the room my 3 year old jumped on the bed and found a pin in the bed. A sewing pin. IN THE BED. he could have been pricked. I then look at the bed to find it dirty. The sheets hadn’t been changed because there was a fluid stain on the sheets. The sheets that my child was sitting on. They came and changed the sheets and gave me a 10% off my next stay for the pin. These were the first 2 strikes.
I booked a 2 night stay. On the second day we had an excursion planned and came back to the hotel to our key not working for our room. After going to the front desk we were informed that my room was double booked, house keeping had cleaned my room, touched all of our belongings and put them in our bags and put them behind the front desk, and let the other people in our room. They also tossed out all of the fridge contents including my breastmilk that I worked hard to make and pump to feed my newborn. I now had nothing to feed my newborn. They did put us in another room. This entire stay was terrible. I paid for 2 nights, I should get 2 nights and my things should not be touched by a complete stranger that let themselves into my room without being asked. I expect a phone call from someone to make this right.

The check in was fast and friendly. We checked in late at night and didn’t turn on all the lights, open the curtains, etc. Unfortunately after walking barefoot we found a previous customer’s undergarments on the floor! After letting the front desk know, she apologized giving us two 10% coupons to return to that Comfort Inn. We’ll pass.

Was a fantastic visit, perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the pool and all the Halloween decorations. So glad we stayed here.
