I was ready to give a 5 star review because the reception I received upon arrival was great and my room was clean with an exception of a few minor areas in the bathroom.
My main complaint was the breakfast room attendant. I'm a person with a disability and went to fix my plate when the attendant offered to assist me, I kindly declined because I knew I can handle it myself. However, she walked away but continued to watch me. Came back and insisted on helping, grabbed my plate and said, if you drop this, we're going to have a problem.
Because of my encounter with her, I am leaving this review and will not plan on visiting again. I already had a procedure the day before and was not feeling very well.
Customer service and hospitality can make or break the experience. Businesses seem to struggle with the importance of patience, tact and kindness. If I can't get those things, I take my business somewhere else.
还不错,每次去Troy就住这里,距离各个客户都比较近,就是酒店大堂有点味道,一年多了还这样
该酒店实在是太老旧了,应该重新装修啦。比如:餐厅榨汁机坏了,改为外购的瓶装果汁;热香饼和华夫饼机器也坏了,没法愉快享用早餐;热水壶缺水,屡次需要提醒前台进行添加。
卫生间沐浴露和洗手液不能及时添加,需要提醒。
我在这家酒店的体验非常棒,只有一个小抱怨,就是洗衣机和烘干机太差了,他们需要换新的,而且价格也不合理。但总的来说,员工很棒,尤其是路易斯,他非常出色,我入住的时候他就在。早餐很好。我们来这里是为了看棒球比赛,所以没怎么用泳池,但看起来不错。我还会再来的,也会推荐这家酒店。

这家酒店很脏,床很脏,沙发床单看起来好像没换过。他们给我们换了一个房间整理,但隔壁房间里有只蟑螂。隔壁房间让我很不开心,我的孩子们很害怕睡在那里,所以我不得不想办法让他们住进去。我们当时是来庆祝我女儿生日的家庭旅行,酒店员工很棒,但酒店本身一点也不好,我很失望。如果有人能联系到我,我很乐意退款。我将不胜感激。
第一间房的床上有臭虫,所以我要求换房。由于设备故障,早餐无法供应。

早餐棒极了,早餐服务员也一流!泳池冰冷,霉菌滋生,油漆剥落,泳池衬垫脱落,泳池区域的浴室令人作呕!!!
