酒店回复: Dear guest we are sorry to hear from you that your recent stay was not great. You didn't say a word about any of this for the two days that you had been here. You had so much to complain now, but you didn't say a single word during your entire stay whenever you interacted with our staff which is literally six times in two days. Every time when the front desk executives asked you how your stay was going, you said " everything is great, room is good, having fun". When you had these many complaints why didn't you say so? We personally inspect all the rooms after housekeeping is done to ensure the cleanliness, so above mentioned complaints are we strongly believe null and invalid. We had full house and employees had to attend to other guest's queries too during natural calamities like these. When there is power outrage, phones do not work, as per the shower you didn't know how to use it, you didn't tell us that you were unable to use it. We can only help if anything is brought to our notice. It seems like you either were not interested in the solutions or you were ok with the stay. Thanks.
酒店回复: Dear Guest, there was nothing wrong with the heating, it was perfectly fine, that's how thermostats work, we explained this to you for half hour., when you refused to listened to , when we did not have any other rooms to switch you to as we were sold out,, we offered you a FULL REFUND for which you agreed and did not come out of the room at all. You taught us a valuable lesson to make sure to educate ignorant how thermostats work; it's clearly mentioned on your terms and conditions that you should vacate the room with in fifteen minutes to get a refund , but in your case even after being in to the room for 12 hours also we offered you a full refund.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was quite nice as well. The area however outside of the hotel was very sketchy. I would not walk outside if I didn’t have to. However the hotel was gated which made me feel a little safer.

Stayed only one night here. The location of the hotel is in sketchy area of nola. Locals refer it to the east side. It gave me skate park type vibes. Irony of it was how there was one near by.
Its gated but you get a code with your room key. The guy at the check in was very mice and check in was easy.
Our bed wss super comfy we got the queen bed. The tv is tiny. Not sure if thats the norm
Around here. The building is a little outdated. Only had one trash can in the room. Bathroom wss so tiny it was hard to change clothes. But for just a one night stay it wasnt horrible.

And the BUILDING itself has been renovated recently, everything in here is brand new. And also you got and stayed in a KING size bed room not a queen. The TV's are as big as 42-50" flat screens, they aren't home theaters or tiny ones. All this safety, security, comfort and spacious rooms are offered to you at a nominal price.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet and the security gate was great!!! The gentleman that runs the place was fantastic and always made sure things were good. Definitely plan to come back again!!!

Couldn’t find check in office, found a dead bug in the room and shower doesn’t work or there’s no way to turn it on.

夜班服务员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。他让我选择一楼或二楼的房间。我选择了他推荐的二楼。早班服务员态度非常好：友好、热情、乐于助人。
我到达时空调没有开，房间闷热潮湿。空调开着的时候效果很好。房间里有一股印度香和****的味道，但空调和卫生间的通风口开了几个小时后就好多了。离开时，那股味道并没有像我担心的那样粘在我身上。地板没有彻底清扫，也没有拖地。地板看起来还不错，但袜子会暴露问题。墙上和床头板上有米粒，我猜是有人扔或溅了食物。虽然不明显，但发现起来很不舒服。床单、浴缸、马桶和水槽看起来都干净整洁。热水充足。迷你冰箱、微波炉和电话都有。被子需要更换。没有电视遥控器。房间和停车场都有门禁，光线充足。从房间就能轻松看到车。在新奥尔良感觉相当安全。没有任何虫子！房间很安静，没有看到或听到任何可疑的声音。
这家酒店满足了我对经济型酒店的需求，希望它能更干净一些，但考虑到我晚上9点到10点之间到达，需要睡觉，这家酒店还不足以让我提出任何要求或抱怨。
我独自一人来这里过狂欢节，周一晚上8点前到的，房间周围的环境让人很不舒服（虽然有门和停车场，需要刷卡）。
清洁度方面，地板很脏（我光脚走路的时候脚都黑了），冰箱在上一位住客入住之前没有清空过（有残留的酒精），毛巾也不是很干净（从外观上看），水槽周围还有肥皂的痕迹。
床上用品还不错。
前台有个大问题：只有下午2点才能进入（而且即使到了下午2点，你也得自己去找前台，我不得不向隔壁加油站的工作人员求助）。
电话号码完全没用，我打电话的时候没人接。
由于天气原因（强风），我们这里停电了好几次，这意味着我没有地方给手机充电，甚至没法正常淋浴（淋浴喷头坏了）。
我不会推荐这家酒店，尤其是考虑到它的价格。
吸取教训
凌晨1点，室外温度低于40华氏度（约4摄氏度），暖气就停了。房东说我只有10分钟时间离开，因为已经停了一整天了，如果我要求退款，他可以把房间租给别人。他刚刚拒绝了那些说可以把我的房间也租出去的客人。凌晨1点，我已经在房间里待了一天，暖气又停了。说不定你又要租我的房间了！根本没时间找其他酒店。我不得不决定是留下来再拿条毯子，还是在凌晨1点，在狂欢节期间30到40华氏度（约0.7到0.8摄氏度）的高温下开车去找酒店。幸运的是，我停了一两个小时后，收拾东西的时候暖气又来了。我决定实际一点，趁着暖气还好的时候洗了个澡，祈祷暖气不会再坏了。啊，是的……他进来的时候因为房间有电，他说现在能用，只是不吹热风而已……我刚才从外面进房间的时候，能感觉到温度有变化。他给我上了宝贵的一课，要避免住那种夫妻旅馆，而且一定要提前计划好备用的地方。
