酒店员工非常友好，不过我预订时要求的是无烟房和宠物房。他们告诉我三楼是禁止宠物入住的，而且所有房间都禁止吸烟。入住后，我发现墙壁、门和角落里都有宠物的毛发。于是我问了经理，经理说他们把三楼用作临时住所，如果楼下两层客满，就允许携带宠物。但酒店并没有客满。
所有员工都非常友好，早餐对于一家二星级酒店来说相当不错，房间也很不错，一切都很干净。停车场需要一些改进。按照某些人的标准，这里的网络可能只是技术上的“高速”，每台设备的速度限制在 10 Mbps，所以流媒体播放和其他一切都还好，但我建议你在抵达之前下载好游戏。
我们很喜欢房间的大小。
水槽和淋浴间的水压都很糟糕。吹风机也不太好用。浴缸里有黑色的污渍，我要求铺个垫子。他们说没有，但会派清洁人员上来看看能不能解决。清洁人员确实来了，但没帮上忙，还把清洁刷留在了浴缸上。
房子很干净，但需要翻新一下。地毯看起来又旧又破，整体外观需要翻新一下。最糟糕的是床！！我们一坐到床上，就知道会很难受。床垫非常不舒服，而且磨损严重，我们猜对了。那天晚上睡得很糟糕。
床和枕头的质量让我睡得非常舒服，这在中档酒店中屈指可数！酒店的员工真是太棒了。特别要感谢为我们办理入住的工作人员，她不辞辛劳地为我们安排了入住，让我们感到宾至如归。
我们入住的第一天，房间的床上有蚂蚁，其中一张新床的被子上也有粉红色的污渍，因为想擦掉的时候，被子就掉了。工作人员很好，帮我们换到了一间新房间，没有遇到任何问题。
这家酒店老旧破败。如果提供沙发床，那其实应该是可以睡觉的地方。我们不得不买了个床垫罩才能用沙发床。床垫又旧又破。床硬得像石头。
超值，员工超级友好。我们的双人大床套房非常适合我们周日到周三的住宿。早餐不错，酒店也很干净。以后去科罗拉多州立大学看儿子，一定会再住这里！
