Beautiful stairway in the lobby. Few steps up from the last place we stayed at in Helena. This is our new favorite. We’ll be back!

Way too expensive for the quality
Shower head dripping all night
TVs kept turning on by themselves. Had to unplug them
Tub dirty w/ residue from previous occupant
Sheets noisy & too puffed up for comfort

Arrived, got room key and opened door to a messy unmade room. Went back to desk and got a new room with now problem. The desk attendant was amazing!!

Mediocre
Needs some renovating and revamping. Bathrooms are super old looking, the duvet had a small blood stain on it, outdoor pool was closed due to being broken, and although I’m a MB Member, I booked via a third party and they didn’t allow me to have any of the perks. Being a member is being a member and should be allowed to have access to the perks, regardless of not collecting points via direct booking.

The staff was amazing. Some of the interior needs some maintenance repairs. Nothing major yet. There are a few spots where there are tears in the carpet. The bottoms of the bathtubs are extremely slippery while showering and have zero grip for preventing falls.

Check in took 10 minutes. Condition is showing signs of aging. Location is great. Very convenient access to the Capitol.

Staff is great, the location good for the purpose. Some issues with cleanliness and noise detracted from the experience.
