It was a really good stay! The rooms were very cozy a luxurious, and the pool area is great! But i was just wondering if anyone else noticed that there are some markings in the pool tiles asking for help? It kinda seems like a child abduction case? It was definitely a long time ago sadly and however. I hope it was just a prank and not really someone writing for help. I hope the hotel knew about it all. Anyways, still a great place to stay, and if you are going, check of its still there.

I think there’s some kind of ring going with hotel car was broken into after staff suggested we parked in the back. The back door key fob is completely broken off, so there’s no way to close the back door to get into the building. There is no security. I wouldn’t stay here at all. The rooms was dirty and outdated.

THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT AREA... BUT NOT SAFE NOR IS COMFORTABLE. OUR CAR GOT BROKEN INTO THE FIRST NIGHT BEING THERE. THAT ALONE MADE IT ODD FOR THE FIRST TIME VISITING HOUSTON. THE STAFF DIDN'T DO MUCH OF NOTHING. SECONDLY, AFTER CHECKING IN WE WENT TO A CORNER STORE. AS PROCEEDING TO COUNTER THE STORE GOT ROBBED WHILE GATHERING SNACKS AND DRINKS. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT ALL!!!!

Great location in the Galleria area. The property has a wonderful park like garden grounds with a gazebo. Sitting among the mature trees, it's like sitting in the back yard of your own estate. When I needed to switch rooms, because a relative needed to stay on the ground floor, and there were none left, the room clerk cheerfully and efficeintly switched me from my ground floor room, to a third floor room. Everybody was happy!

Security is poor staff, is worse are vehicle was broken into twice in one night. There are no camaras on site. Steeling tools and vehicle electronics. We were told sorry this happens a lot at this location. The staff did not call the police as requested we wait for over an hour and then called them ourselves only to find out that no one had called the police, and this happens a lot at this location more than 60 reports of theft at this location

I unpacked, undressed, tried to take a shower, had to call, redress, wait 30 min for no one to come look at the shower, call again, then when someone came pack all my stuff up again and move to another room. Then when in the new room the tv doesn't work, it was too late to go through the trouble of trying to get service again that night. The next night it still didn't work, I told the front desk about it and they fixed it while I was out for supper. Then I got home and found bedbugs.

we found a cockreach next to the bed that was desgusting and the carpet was nasty I recomend you clean deeply the only good thing is the location

When I checked in I was told there was cameras and good security. I stayed here for a month in all. I had a feeling something wasn't right when I seen barricades across the back entrance. In the front when I pulled in I seen more barricades to the left and some at the entry. The second Monday I was there my truck got broke into just in damage $750.00 they didn't take much. I talked to other residents staying at the Hotel altogether 4 people told me their vehicle got broke into. I was given permission to park my vehicle in the front where you check in. 1 night desk woman raised hell about me parking in the front, my truck was safe for the next week. I did listen to others stating their vehicle was broke in. When I moved my truck after having permission to park in front and that was a condition of me staying there. I found out they have no security cameras like I was told. They told me they had a security guard but he was off both times my vehicle was broke into. Manager did offer 1 time to give me a one night stay for free which was a slap in the face considering it cost $750 to replace. The second time he didn't offer anything. 2 times I was at the counter talking to desk person and someone would come up to the desk talking about their vehicle getting broke into. Even the desk clerk made a comment this is happening once a week and the hotel should do something to protect their guest vehicles. This is a very unsafe area to stay in which is surprising River Oaks/ Galleria Area of the South Loop. I would never stay at this La Quinta again. I do believe they are against Fire Marshall Code for blocking exit/entry ways areas in case of emergency.
酒店被业主卖了，所以关门了，我直接被酒店赶了出来。前台那位女士甚至都没通知我一声，明明我预订了更长时间，而且他们早就知道酒店几天后就要关门了。太不负责任了。Trip.com也没通知我，他们声称酒店方面没有通知他们。两边都在互相推卸责任，没人承担责任。太糟糕了。他们当天才通知我，强制我上午11点退房，所有员工下午2点前也要离开酒店。真是糟透了！而且安全情况也很糟糕。很多人的车都被砸了，幸好我没事！
