sheets on the bed did not smell fresh. Not sure if they were changed from last visitor. The carpet was stained and very dirty, needs shampooed or replaced. The couch in the room was badly stained and felt very dirty. The lap shade near the room door was also dirty. Overall, I doubt if we will come back. I wish I had taken photos but I did not. I doubt that they would convey how unclean the place looked and felt

Room was spacious. Did not get to breakfast, went down too late. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Very unhappy about the rate I was charged. They raised my rate from $208.00 a night to $364.00 for the next 2 nights due to an event happening in a town 10 miles away. I asked them to reconsider but they wouldn’t. Will think twice about staying at this hotel again! I would like to be compensated for being taken advantage of by this hotel!

Was a wonderful property! Great place to stay close to Idewild park! Would stay there again in the future. Breakfast was good.

We were surprised about the room it was very clean and spacious. It had a great view of the mountains as well. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean and everyone was very nice. The beds however were very uncomfortable and the air wasn’t consistent. We were all hot and then cold all night.
