慕尼黑的酒店看了好多家，最后选了这家。没有让我们失望，比我想象的好很多。我希望离火车总站距离近，离大巴车站近，但是担心离车站近了乱，流浪者多。入住体验好，从ZOB大巴站走过来10分钟。前台服务人员热情，我要求高楼层，市区一侧，当时可选的只有一二层和801房。我选了801，楼下有轨电车过有噪音。夜间车停运。酒店离老城广场步行约十分钟。楼下人多，没有不安全感。酒店早餐7点开始，周末7:30开。早餐丰富。餐厅有位亚裔员工很友善。其他员工也都不错👍。在这家住了五天休息很好。
我在这里住了三晚，说实话，我非常失望。
先说优点吧：位置绝佳。就在火车站和地铁站对面，附近有Lidl和Rewe超市，步行15分钟就能直达老城。超级方便。
但遗憾的是，优点也就仅限于此了。服务真的太平淡了——和前台沟通非常官方，完全感受不到热情或欢迎。房间本身有点小（是干净，但绝对不宽敞）。
最让人失望的是：饮用水政策。酒店每天每个房间只提供一小瓶水。这是给两个人用的。第一天，我向前台要了瓶额外的水——他们让我去酒吧买。好吧，我在那买了一瓶。第二天，因为我们跳过了客房清洁，所以没有补充水，晚上我又去酒吧要了一瓶。这次工作人员告诉我必须付费。
我彻底震惊了。一个每晚收费200欧元的四星级酒店……居然连一瓶简单的纯净水都不给客人提供？我在欧洲住过那么多酒店，这还是我第一次遇到这样的情况。更荒谬的是，酒店前台放着免费苹果，早餐时提供无限量饮用水——却拒绝给客人提供一瓶带回房间的水？简直荒唐。
这项政策真的毁了原本可能还不错的住宿体验。作为一个“精选”酒店品牌，我期望在服务和待客之道上能有更多表现。很遗憾，我不会推荐这家酒店。
酒店地理位置优越，靠近中央车站，可以乘坐地铁、电车和公交车，附近还有便利店。员工非常友好，酒店还提供苹果和巧克力。房间也很干净。
干净整洁。我很喜欢所有的这些地点。
特别感谢在办理入住时帮了我大忙的（我觉得他叫T.B.……一个帅气的黑人小伙）。非常感谢。
即使我再来慕尼黑，我也会选择住在这里。
这是我第5次住NH COLLECTION酒店，非常满意，早餐特别好，服务非常好，酒店位置超好，就在慕尼黑中央火车站出门马路对面，到卡尔门步行3分钟，到老城、新市政厅步行5分钟，特别方便！
酒店地理位置极佳，就在火车总站旁边（不过车站周边的区域有点破旧）。
我住的高楼层房间非常干净，能看到不错的城市景观（正对着车站）。
工作人员很友好，早餐选择也很丰富。
我十多年前第一次来这里，现在发现大堂和房间都翻新过，看起来很现代。
如果以后再去慕尼黑，我还会选择住在这里。
距离火车总站非常近，距离去机场的S1，s8地铁更近，就这酒店边上。附近购物也很方便，出门左手边就是DM，过个红绿灯就是lidl超市。周边还有很多景点可以逛逛。
房间内还配有热水壶，但看了下感觉很久没有用了，也不太敢用。因为热水壶的原因对卫生不给满分。房间有多种茶包和咖啡。
位置绝佳！交通非常便利，酒店楼下就有dm超市，缺什么都能马上买到。
到景点也只需20分钟左右，散散步就到了，距离适中。
早餐种类超级丰富，而且都很好吃！牛奶和酸奶也有很多选择，完全不会腻，帮了大忙。顺便提一下，前台提供的迎宾小点心，水果软糖甜度适中，味道也很棒。
很好，房间很大很干净，早餐也很丰富，餐厅光线很高很干净，品类很多，工作人员服务很 nice
位置也很好，慕尼黑火车站总站出来就看到了酒店 logo 过马路就到酒店了

服务：还可以
最主要是就在火车站边上 交通便利 去老城步行方便，楼下有超市
缺点是火车站边上总会乱一点
