风景没得说 开窗就是尼罗河风景 早餐也很丰盛 很合胃口 工作人员态度都特别好 每天都面带微笑 推荐推荐
早上乘热气球,参观帝王陵加哈布城,从5点到下午4点忙了将近12小时,结果在这边前台交上行程单和护照到办好入住花了接近2小时,在我们入住的同时不停的接其他人的交谈,请求,好像还有入住,就是不给我们办完,有种族歧视是么?甚至还把一个河景房办成了街景房。早餐也不是很好吃。还以为这个价格酒店应该是无可挑剔的。
酒店外部环境一流,尼罗河景色优美,可以直接在酒店岸边坐帆船⛵,看热气球,看日落,泳池也不错。房间内部设施非常老旧,国内20年前水平。cityview房间晚上非常吵,玻璃基本无隔音。工作人员服务态度好,帮忙换了nile view的终于能入睡。
🔥同胞们,慎重选择,如果有0分,我一定给0分,首先冲着2024年装修去订的,然后除了大堂装修过,房间估计都是70年了,房间里都是古董,没有网络,其他酒店是断断续续,这个是根本没有,床单不换,除了毛就是黑点,晚上11点了,很大的烧焦味,也没人来看看是不是着火🔥,总之没有任何一点值得1000的价格,连开罗200的酒店都不如。
早餐品质也是超低,埃及盛产橙子,也便宜,你橙汁都不舍得鲜榨,勾兑的,好意思吗。
为了避免携程给我打电话,所以我形式给了好评,但实际上请大家避雷这个酒店,并且对携程的装修日期标签谨慎取信。提前了两个多月预订,房费620/晚。号称2019年装修的房间,目测就是上世纪90年代的装修了,猜测可能是酒店的某些部分在2019做了局部装修。所以对于携程的标签,大家谨慎取信了。说一些细节,淋浴只有固定花洒头,没有配浴帽,所以这个装配就是要求住客天天洗头。毛巾真的就是如传说中发黄了。电插板需要自行DIY才能充电,参见附图。再有更过分的就是城景房附送的是完全无法隔音的房间,窗玻璃的密封条估计全部老化了,震耳欲聋的睡眠环境。室内隔音环境很差,经常听到走道的动静。。。。再评论以下酒店外部情况。出门围着一大堆拉客的人,是长期不分时段都有。周边的杂货店买了一瓶果汁,比当地超市贵了三倍。总体感觉很糟糕。
房间非常好,还给我们免费升级了房型到尼罗河景房,然后阳台非常大,厕所还有浴缸。我们因为行程想要延迟退房,他也免费给我们延迟到了2:00,而且我觉得这个酒店对中国人比较友好会说中文,然后这个酒店也有很多女性工作者。
携程网的境外大量酒店标识存在严重错误问题,我预定酒店都是看那年装修 基本上预定新装修酒店,携程网不知道是故意把旧酒店标新还是没有调查随便写,我昨天入住埃及卢克索的金字塔套房酒店。携程标明2024年装修,实际入住这个酒店起码20-30年,设施破烂不堪,这是现场照片,台灯电线毫不留情,油漆脱落、开关像古董…..不过我花了25美金升级,可以看见尼罗河与帝王谷热气球。
如果你跟谁有仇你就来!当天晚上住进去惊呆,没见过这么老的酒店。1985年的酒店!!!墙皮脱落。
1.浴巾上有黄污渍 很恶心
2.地上不干净有沙子和头发!
3.水龙头的水是黄色的
4.空调是不制热的 冷死,那八十年代才有的空调。
5.被子是没有被罩只有芯的
6.吹风机是坏的。
7.没有沐浴露 洗发水!
8.门锁都是坏的。
感觉四个人花一千三住进1985年农村自建房。
大堂经理很热情,升级了河景房,房间视野非常好,直面尼罗河,可以坐在阳台看日落,风向好的时候还能看到热气球(我们是正中央,住在南翼栋或者偏南一点的河景房的话正常就能在阳台看到热气球的)。酒店泳池旁的河边就有帆船,我们约了500egp一个小时,很方便,结束直接溜达回屋。
先说优点:环境好,有室外泳池,在尼罗河边,有三家餐厅有中餐厅。
缺点:房间小,旧。
床小,胳膊都伸不开,床垫可能也几十年了吧,中间一睡就塌了!是塌了!两天都没睡好!要不是因为每天玩得太累了懒得跟他们吵真的无语死了。
房间隔音非常差,一整个晚上都能听到别人在说话 隔壁房间的警报声 白天还有旁边房子施工的电钻声。
卫生间的热水只有几分钟时效,几分钟后就开始非常小 没法洗澡 然后变凉 ,得重新开到最热,被烫一下,然后才有正常一点的水继续出来,在不能泡澡的浴缸里,容易滑倒,要小心,不适合老年人或者家庭住,总的来说不太适合人类居住吧。
早餐一般,基本都是凉的,还有前一天剩的。只有一位在室外用餐处做面包的女士是笑脸相迎的,给人温暖的感觉。
服务:除了刚才那位女士以外,入住48个小时,只有刚进房间时帮忙提行李的大哥是笑着的有服务,其他人没有任何服务,也没有任何笑脸。甚至办理入住时等了一个小时,也不通知房间到底好没有,下午四点才办好入住。退房的时候还把人拦下来不让走,唉,那个破房间不知道有什么好拦的,对卢克索的印象不是每天跟外面要钱的人斗智斗勇而变坏的,是因为这个烂酒店而变坏的。大概就是这样,如果对噪音不敏感,对床没要求,然后对早餐没有要求,也对服务没有要求的话可以来,风景还行。但是住酒店哎!五六百一晚上的酒店哎!
