Very disappointing with the cleanliness of the room. Room appearance is clean, but there are things that are gross. The smell in the entire building, smells like an indoor pool, even in my room. Im sure the lock on the door won't save me from an intruder, but mentally it gives peace of mind.......it's broken, and looks like it has been for a long time. No, Do not disturb card.....ughhhhhh. very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

The rooms can be updated... When I called for availability and had a question about the TV,,a staff member told me that it was smart TV in the room and that's not true but that's the only reason I made the reservation...when I was checked in by the MOD I was told that there isn't any smart TVs ...it might not seem like a big deal but it is a big deal because I don't like hotel TV selection...

Our room was great ! Very clean ! Only problem was the blind was broke and the Kurig didn’t work. I advised them at check out !

I was there for a funeral and I didn't get to enjoy the pool or hotub...but the bar and breakfast was very good! Staff was very courteous. I felt like I belonged! Thank you

We did not enjoy our stay here. We had 2 lights out in our room, one in the bathroom & the one by the mirror, closet, coffee pot area. We talked to them 3 times about it. They said they couldn’t fix the bathroom & never did anything about the ceiling light. We were there for 5 nights with these major lights out. The sink leaked so we had to keep a towel under it. Our bathroom condtioner & lotion were totally empty. Only one elevator worked & the other was extremely slow. The staff was nice but thats not enough to make good stay. This place is old and needs attention.
It is not to the standards of a Hilton Garden Inn. We will not stay here in the future.

I didnt give it 5 stars because the guest below abd beside us wer eliud in the hallway all night talking on their ohone screaming slamming doors yelling until about 1230am only reason it didnt get 5 stars

Everybody was very friendly. When I came down for breakfast the cook came up to me and ask what I would like for breakfast, like she was my personal chef. I have Celiac disease and can’t have gluten so she gave me other options. It was delicious!

希尔顿花园酒店一直都不错,除了上次遇到个小插曲。有位同楼层的住客,开关门总是不轻不重,砰砰响了不下百次,虽然这不是酒店的错,但确实挺烦人的。
我不喜欢他们先从我的账户中扣款,然后在我尝试通过手机办理入住手续后又将钱退还到我的账户中,后来我发现他们在我已经支付的价格上加收了75.00美元的手续费,真希望我早点知道他们会加收这笔费用,这样我就可以为此做预算了,但他们没有告诉我早餐需要多付17美元,而且不是免费早餐。
