Yuengling brewery, Busch gardens, botanical garden, USF, Moffitt cancer center within a few minutes drive. Lots of restaurants & easy access to Tampa. Hotel undergoing upgrades, very comfortable.

Staff very nice. Condition of hotel is completely in need of maintenance and renovation.
No working WiFi except in lobby. In current times that is an amenity that should be a non-issue for guest stay. Standard requirement.
Shame on Hotel owner not to do upgrades to the property

First room we checked in reeked of smoke. Was given another room that was fine. Carpet in the halls on our floor was filthy. Not a good look. Wish we stayed next door at the Hilton as we did previously.

I was disappointed with the suite as it smelled bad like a wet dog, we had to ask for another room. There was no wifi in the rooms and they said it was not working for the past few weeks. They also cut the water when I was about to shower but that was only for an hour. Overall I was very disappointed
