有面海的阳台,风景不错,一楼还有游泳池。
唯一的缺点是服务不太好:退房时我把一些水果忘在了冰箱里,那打扫房间发现的话不是应该先打电话问我一下吗?晚上去取行李的时候想起来了,询问一下前台跟我说所有房间里剩下的吃的东西都会扔掉,吃剩的和忘冰箱里的是一个状态吗?

作为一家国际连锁品牌,皇冠假日酒店此次体验远低于预期,核心问题如下:
服务态度冷漠:前台办理入住时工作人员态度敷衍,未主动介绍设施或欢迎礼遇,电话很多次拿拖鞋,直到离开都没有给到我们,导致额外等待时间。
房间设置老旧:屋内设施极其老旧,价格不值,部分位置存在安全隐患。
设施维护滞后:空调噪音严重,夜间影响睡眠;客房迷你吧无任何饮料,只第一天给了两瓶水,其他都要买单,这么贵的房间水都舍不得,其他城市从未遇到。
餐饮质量差:早餐品种单调,热食区食物温度不足,服务员清理桌面不及时,整体体验与宣传的“高品质”不符,预定了26层自助餐,极不推荐,餐品单一且海鲜不新鲜,都是冻品,另外饮料都要额外付费买单。
响应效率低:针对房间问题的投诉,客服仅提供口头道歉,未实际解决或补偿,品牌承诺的“卓越服务”形同虚设。
总结:
从卫生到服务,各方面均未达到国际品牌应有的标准,性价比极低。未来选择酒店时,皇冠假日将不再考虑。
有蟑螂,很多,满墙爬,还巨大无比,反应了还不同意换房。说喷点杀虫剂得了,不服就半夜给我退房赶我出去。态度极差,吵了半天架,最后说让我在携程上申请给我退房费,他会通过。然后回头就拒绝退款,恶心人。
酒店没的说,硬件不错,给我们的是2202高层海景,宽敞双床,早餐丰盛。门口就是电车站,50c一次,2站到surfer's paradise
房间干净,每天都有打扫,早餐也不错。门口就有tram,去哪里都方便。虽然附近没有商店,但坐车一站到宽滩就什么都有了。
房间还可以,但是隔音确实不太好。中午12点多到达酒店,checkin后服务员房间还没准备好,需要等,2:30左右返回酒店顺利拿到房卡。订的是好楼层海景房,标记的是11-24层,但是给的是11层,就是满足了最低的要求,给人感觉很不好。入住的时候不是昆士兰的假期,所以我不相信12-24层都已经入住慢了。当然我也没有因为这个去前台要求换房间因为他们并没有违约,只是给人的感觉非常不好。而且11层景色其实有被前面几栋楼遮挡,不太能看到海景(参考图片)
给了8楼的房间进去发现房间景观不错但是空气十分臭,想着打开阳台门晾一下就好了,结果出去两小时回来依旧臭不可闻。下楼叫前台上来他们也承认,说没房可换给领导反应。过去两小时后给反馈说可以给换房,或者不换房送双早。由于房间味道实在太大只能换房,但是前前后后又是重新收拾行李又是换房间耽误很久也没有任何说法。本人也是ihg会员专门通过携程渠道订的酒店,没想到被酒店这样对待,实属恶心。
景色美得令人惊叹,房间也特别干净整洁。拖鞋可以在前台索取。早上接待我们的是一位印度先生,他非常友好,服务也特别周到。总的来说,这是一次非常棒的入住体验,我一定会再来的。谢谢!
这是我住过的最好的酒店之一。之前那家酒店的住宿问题让我很崩溃,但这家酒店非常善解人意,不仅给我升级了房间,还免除了停车费。酒店员工帮我和朋友把行李搬上了行李车。客户服务非常棒,员工也很友好。这真是一家出色、干净、热情周到,并且整体都非常棒的酒店。绝对是值得预订的顶级酒店。
总的来说,我在皇冠假日酒店的入住体验还算可以。酒店地理位置非常方便,出行很轻松。不过,有点让我失望的是,尽管我挂了要求客房服务的牌子,但房间在我入住期间并没有被打扫。除此之外,其他一切都挺好的。
