Property is very clean, and the rooms are well appointed. It is conveniently close to VA beach Boulevard and Top Golf.
No complaints about the property.
I would have give a 5 star review, but the check-in staff member irritated me, by not being in attendance for 5 minutes and then telling me I had to wait 10 minutes for rooms to be available. Rules are rules I suppose, but that just meant a long queue of folks trying to check in directly at 4pm, with only one staff member available.

Almost a perfect stay
Everything about this hotel was great, my only issue was being told that I would be able to do late check in and check out if I signed up for points and then not actually being able to do that.

Property was beautiful but I wish staff told us about the amenities during check in. What time is breakfast, started etc.
我一开始被安排错了房间。通知前台后，他们很快就处理好了。很高兴看到他们正在进行升级改造，房间确实需要翻新一下了。
就这个价格来说，性价比很高，而且工作人员都非常友善。下次还会再来住的。谢谢你们为我带来了愉快的旅程。
位置不错，清洁也做得挺好，但是，我看到了小蟑螂。游泳池太糟糕了，房间地板看起来也很旧了。这完全不像我印象中的假日酒店。前台看起来很棒，但酒店真的需要翻新一下地板了，因为这让酒店看起来像个低星级酒店。
干净整洁，地理位置优越，我们甚至想续住。
