The check in was a little disorganized but once that was finally taken care of the rest was good. When I was checking in, they said my room that was assigned and given to someone else. When they did give me a room, they key didn't work. They gave me a key to an already occupied room. Fortunately, no one was there when we walked in but it was unsettling to know that mishap could happen. Someone's belongings unsecured like that.
Room and Common areas were good and clean. It was about 6 -7 pm when I arrived no line was there.

The room was nice and price was reasonable. However there was a strong ‘old’ smell to our room that wasn’t to our taste. The biggest issue was the incredible amount to road/highway noise that could be heard within our 8th floor room. It was an issue throughout the entire night and into the early morning for my entire family, waking us up numerous times. We were there only one night but it was unacceptable. Please be aware if you are staying on the side of the hotel where your windows face the highway.

Property itself was ok. We were almost unable to use the bathroom door at all - although a cute concept, the door literally kept falling off to the point that we just warned eachother of bathroom use.
The doors and walls are paper thin, considering nobody monitors people 'partying' in the hallways at all hours of the night/morning - if you're looking for good sleep, don't look here.
Otherwise it was great, close to most everything & easy and convenient parking.

Everything was good in the room except the convenience of a microwave and a towel racks to hang your towel. The room and the bedding was clean. It was an enjoyable stay.

The bathroom door did not close and there was a light on all night that we could not turn off. We called the front desk and they were not interested in helping. I would like a refund.

Don’t eat the food there
The food at the restaurant was not edible and we were not offered discount or for the uneaten meals to be removed from the bill when we informed the server. We paid full price for food we did not eat. I also ordered a cocktail that tasted like they mixed it in a shaker they had used for a very different cocktail, it was terrible and when they remade it it was the same. A dirty martini shouldn’t taste like mint. We ordered door dash instead. You can hear everything going on in the hallways very clearly so I assume everyone could hear us as well. We asked for towels for our room and none were sent until we asked 2 more times. Maybe they are understaffed but it’s pretty inexcusable to not offer to fix the food situation.

我真的不推荐这家酒店给任何喜欢吃早餐的人,因为他们会收取早餐费用,但实际上根本没有早餐可吃。这家酒店有一家餐厅和酒吧,你可以在那里点餐。你只有这一个选择,其他任何选择都要额外付费。而且那家餐厅的服务也不怎么样。房间干净整洁,但千万不要预订含早餐的房间,请直接预订不含早餐的房间。
除了两位来换床单的清洁工之外,我的住宿体验很不好。因为工作人员给了我一间脏兮兮的房间,而且房间还没有打扫过。经理接到通知后,他基本上说,由于没有空房了,他无能为力。甚至连折扣都没有。我可能不会再选择入住了。
