设施:普通商务酒店配置,房间内有厨房,东西齐全
卫生:还算干净,但是抽水马桶漏水
环境:周围都是商务酒店,有homeless,周边环境杂乱,不算干净,公共交通比较方便,去哪都很近
服务:没什么服务,1楼有饮料咖啡可以自取
总体而言,周末价格比平时翻了好几倍,当时在manhattan midtown这个价格也没办法,有选择的话还是不要选周末到NYC吧
两台电梯中的一台五天中一直坏着修不好!另一台在第三天也坏了,被困在31层大半个下午,被迫走楼梯下去,用了一个下午维修好一台!退房时等了20分钟才下去,其间电梯上到31层门打开全装满了下面楼层要下去的人!跟本没有空间再上人!!酒店无任何事先通知说明和道歉!所有住客都生气,认为应该赔偿!!!
第一天到的时候已经挺晚了,直接就睡觉了,第二天晚上睡觉的时候才发现床单!非常的早,有一个很大的屋子,但是也没有办法说了,因为自己已经睡过一晚了,也很难讲的清楚!从住进去开始,两个电梯的一个就坏了,一直修不好,后来来修了,把好电梯都修坏了,从31层走楼梯下去!服务太差了,什么抱歉都没有!
首先,位置非常好。酒店周围有餐馆,走一小段路就有地铁站!虽然说不提供日常清洁,但每三天会打扫一次。还可以免费获得饮用水,最重要的是有一个小厨房,热饭菜非常方便。除了房间有点潮湿,其他都很好!
儿子考完试去纽约玩,帮他订了这家酒店
设施:酒店可能比较老,设施有点跟不上了,房间电视机坏了,之后找人来修好了,热水太烫了,调节温度的按钮很小,不好调节水温
卫生:床睡得身上痒,有点不干净
环境:酒店位于曼哈顿周边出行吃饭都方便
服务:服务还行
这次住宿体验非常愉快。酒店地下室有免费的洗衣机和烘干机。还有一个带冰箱的厨房,我们可以自己做饭。对我们来说一切都很好。晚上周围可能会比较安静,但离酒店大概步行5分钟就有一个火车站。我们在纽约期间住了3家酒店,这是最好也是最方便的一家。
酒店位置很好,离汽车站很近,步行就能到时代广场,这点我很喜欢。酒店员工从入住到退房都非常热情友好,让我的旅行很愉快。他们还提供了行李寄存服务,让我接下来的旅程可以轻松愉快地继续。谢谢!
一切都很好,附近什么都很方便。
如果房间里的东西都能用就太好了……恒温器得拿到机器旁边才能感应到温度;微波炉坏了他们也修不好,我们等了36个小时才有人来二次维修,结果还是没修好——太不方便了。另外,房间清洁服务本来已经安排好了,但我们等了6个小时客房服务人员都没来。
酒店地理位置优越,位于市中心,去纽约各个主要景点都非常方便。房间设施齐全,设备也很新。不过,工作人员效率很低,动作也慢吞吞的。办理入住的时候,他们都没有主动提供帮助。
