The staff, room size and amenities were very good.
But the room was not quite clean(old and dirty carpet). Also it was very expensive for a hotel by the highway!

Once again, this hotel knocks it out of the park with cleanliness and friendliness. These are some of the cleanest rooms and the staff is the absolute friendliest. It’s a huge reason why I always stay here whenever I travel to New Buffalo!

Every thing was Good, The plug ins in the bathroom were so loose that we couldn’t keep our hair tools plugged in, also one outlet on the wall by my bed was coming out of the wall. noticed a few areas that could have been cleaner and it could have used a fresh smell but it worked well for us

Room was perfect. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one due to family emergency and was hoping for a little refund but they couldn't do that. Everything else was good.

Hotel is an odd mix of dated and updated. Lobby area looks new. Elevator kinda creaky. Swimming Pool area very nice. No USB outlets in the room for charging. Great location. Nice Breakfast. Well lit onsite parking.

酒店还不错，没什么特别的。最好的：早餐工作人员很棒！他们努力确保所有东西都备齐，而且很新鲜。最糟糕的：酒店的后门很糟糕。它又旧又破，关门声音很大。我儿子本来什么都睡得着，但睡梦中被那声音吓了好几次。
我喜欢这里便利的地理位置。我们30分钟内就能到达几个海滩。

热水浴缸坏了。我们本来想在热水浴缸里结束一天的行程，但没能做到。这对我们来说真是太遗憾了！
有烟就抽。
房间里闻起来就像有人抽了几包烟一样。我们所有的衣服、行李以及入住期间购买的所有东西都散发着烟味。这里不像标牌上说的那样是100%无烟设施。
